However, they have some of sort a compatibility issue with my Sony amplifier and my PS5 that is connected to it through the HDMI connection, for every time my kid plays Fortnite, the amplifier keeps turning off. This does not happen with the Sony headset for PS5. Unfortunately, I am considering returning this headphones for this issue. They may be great with other devices, but they did not work out with me.

Lost connection with USB Transmitter

I have tried to contact Turtle Beach support directly with no luck. I have also tried finding other answers online that lead to other articles and support chats that were not able to help my issue. The overall quality of the headset is also very ‘meh’, being built mostly out of plastic and feeling very cheap for a $90 price tag.

Dont use 2.4 wifi with these

Its an easy work around if you can run a LAN or have a 5Ghz network for wifi.

The Stealth 600 series of headsets would not be equipped with any sort of Bluetooth functionality for use with smartphones or the Turtle Beach Mobile Audio Hub, as they offer very limited customization options. However, they can be used with the desktop Audio Hub available for MacOS or Windows.
For full Bluetooth compatibility; you'd need to look in to a product that actually provides Bluetooth functionality like the Stealth 700 series of headsets. The Stealth 700 headsets all offer Bluetooth functionality for use with smartphones (or tablets) and the mobile Audio Hub application on Android and iOS.

Sometimes it doesn’t want to connect to the console and other times it won’t turn on. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Mic piece is also very weak and can easily break.
