Bad service bad product

The second one I had to ask to get the warranty. Best Buy has the worst customer service.

Garbage

They constantly drop sound in the middle of playing. I feel like I spend more time turning them off and on just to get them to work properly than I do actually playing. Good luck if you decide to purchase these. Gave it a one star only because I had to.

Great features!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We’ve had a few days to try these headphones out and we’re very happy with them. The sound quality is great from both the speakers and the microphone. I had a little echoing with the mic on at first but then I realized that I had the mic sensitivity much too high. There’s a little thumbwheel right below the volume adjustment where I could dial that down a bit and that took care of it. I played online with my kids for several hours and experienced no issues, the sound was clear and the voice chat had no noticeable lag. I like that the mic is easily muted by just partially folding it back and it gives you a beep down as it mutes and a beep up as it unmutes so you get an audible confirmation of it’s status. I liked that the ear cups are covered in what seems to be a breathable material, I found it comfortable for long sessions. I also like that the ear cups can swivel. I wear glasses and being able to rotate the cups slightly takes the pressure off my glasses. The foam material is very soft which also helps with the glasses. Battery life is excellent, I charged them when they arrived, gamed with them over four nights for a few hours per night and my oldest son used them for hours listening to music while he did his homework, all still on the initial charge so far. One thing that I would like to see changed, I have the strap adjusted to the longest position and I could really use just a little more length. I have trouble finding hats that fit also so I guess I have a really big head? LOL. I tried the different eq modes and was able to find a setting I liked for each game, mostly I ended up at either mode 1 or 4. The one thing that I did not expect was how far off you can hear other player’s footsteps in a game like Fortnite with headphones on! I could hear other players much earlier than you get the footstep graphic on the visual sensor on the screen. The 3D audio helps with this also so I know which way to turn when I hear someone approaching. The range on the transmitter seems pretty awesome too. Obviously, you’re likely to be right by your gaming console most of the time but my oldest was listening to music with them in the house and went to take the trash out to the curb and said he never lost reception. That’s got to be almost 50 ft from the console to the curb! Only real problem that I have to report is that I think we’ll need a second pair since my son is always borrowing mine!

Waste of money
