Loses connectivity with PS4 and makes a loud sound each time it does it. In fairness it might be because of the distance from unit to PS4. Otherwise, works as expected.

It worked great for about four months at which time I started having issues with it connecting to the mini transmitter. Eventually, it decided to not connect at all. Now, I have a headset that can’t be used and a nonexistent support team to help troubleshoot. I have done all the googling I possibly can and have done all of the troubleshooting options that I could find and nothing worked. My computer won’t even recognize the mini transmitter when I plug it directly into it. So very disappointing for the price!

I have had turtle beaches over the years and the quality gets less and less every pair, it is unfortunate. I have used it for my Xbox and now my ps5. If you have a ps5, do not get this headset. It cannot handle everything and it will crackle with excessive noise. Some cinematics in games just crackle excessively through the transmission, forcing you to remove the headphones. Unfortunately. this was an annoyance that I looked past, I should have returned immediately. Now (two years in) when I turned on my ps5, the transmitter decided to stop working. I tried all the troubleshooting, no luck. The transmitter is essentially just a blinking LED. This headset is well taken care of and probable has about 80 hours of use. Which is a complete shame. For someone who is looking to just get a headset that is reliable, do not get this one, it is terrible.

I contacted customer service which took long to get a reply. I bought this headset at full price $89. Im disappointed in the quality.

Too Quiet. Not worth buying.

The sound quality might be good if you could hear anything at all but even at full volume you'll be lucky to hear an explosion a foot away in-game. Terribly quiet. Not worth ten dollars, especially nearly $100. Get some cheapo earbuds for $8 instead. Better value.

No longer connects with ps5 as of 8-2-23

Now the ps5 will no longer recognize the headset, even after firmware check and hard resets. Take the risk if you want, but just be warned you may be wasting your time and money.
