Installing was easy for James and Mike, the wall mount we had was sufficient for the new TV.

Guys did a fantastic job mounting my 75” TV. showed up exactly at the scheduled time, Guys were super nice and even took away my old TV. Highly recommend!

The Agents were running ahead of schedule by several hours and called to ask me if it was okay to come by early. I was very pleased with their speed, and they ended up getting everything installed in under an hour. The technicians were very friendly and easy to talk to. They made sure to take all garbage with them as they left, and even vacuumed my entertainment center and carpet to remove any dust produced during drilling and installation.

The geek squad agents did a phenomenal job measuring, drilling and mounting the flush Mount TV. They were meticulous in the install and made sure the TV was centered and the area was cleaned as they drilled.

Delivery was to small town church, 26 miles from my home. Notification was received as promised, the day before delivery, and the time frame was met, which enabled me to be at the church to receive delivery. Installation was handled very smoothly. This was an excellent experience and contributes to my enthusiasm for making large purchses of electronic from Best Buy.

Fast, efficient, and professional in installing the TV

Fast, efficient and reliable. Very helpful in explaining how to best use the TV. Also guided on best position to hang the TV on the wall (it is 100 inches!). Very accommodating, as allowed me to quickly add Govee light strip at the back before they installed. Very happy with Geek Squad service!

The local technicians that installed my TV, sound bar & respective mounts were excellent. They were careful in handling all products & respectful of my home. They were prompt, professional & gave valuable advice & tips. I didn’t give a 5-star review because I was not pleased with the Geek Squad call center that was suppose to support the local technicians. My first appointment never was scheduled, even though I received confirmation stating otherwise. On another call made later, I was given erroneous information about what service would be performed & the associated cost. Another reason for the less than perfect score was because I feel the prices charged for Geek Squad services are too high & should be reduced. Just like Best Buy, the local employees are knowledgeable & good but the national staff that supports them is full of wrong information, false commitments & terrible communication skills.

Geek squad is an amazing service and worth it everytime. Not only are the crews polite and professional they complete high quality work. This service gives me as a disabled veteran the peace of mind the job will be completed efficiently and covered if issues arise in the future.

This 75” tv looks great and the picture quality is beyond what I imagined. The colors wow! The blacks are definitely dark black, reds are deep red. Alk the colors are more intense. We live the picture quality. An overall great puchase & for the price, it was a excellent choice.

The Best Buy TV mount installation service was outstanding from start to finish. The technicians arrived on time, were very professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to make sure the TV was mounted securely, perfectly leveled, and positioned exactly where I wanted it. They also explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure all cables were neatly managed before leaving. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. If you want your TV mounted safely and done right the first time, I highly recommend Best Buy’s installation service. Worth every penny!

This was purchased as the main use TV... and it's been used a lot. Never fails, great quality, and ok sound. But what TV has good sound out of the box. I bought a sound bar for that.

Amazing service….very professional service. They were very accurate with arrival time. They did the installation and set up very quickly and were very diligent and respectful in not leaving any mess behind.

Two gentlemen came in on time and quickly mounting my TV. Mess and trash all cleaned up. I only wish they ran the cables through the built in hidden cable ports in my wall.

The guys that installed were excellent. They put it exactly where it needed to be and cleaned the whole area. I would highly recommend their installation especially with a large TV. Mine is 100”
