They set the TV up with no issue. If you get the sound bar they only know how to hook up the cable so make sure you know how to do the rest of your system's yourself. The set up crew was very professional.

Paid for basic delivery and set up for a TV. Not rocket science but I didn’t have a means to get the TV home or time to set it up so paid to have it done. Professional technician who treated my home and TV with respect.

This was my first smart TV purchase and I didn't really know anything about them. The technician that did my basic setup was fantastic, answered all my questions and was a super friendly person. I really appreciated it.

Tv died, a nice guy came to the house quickly to review tv. Tv was broke had to purchase a new one over the phone. The lady was nice and very helpful. Best experience I have ever had with replacing something using the warranty.

These guys did an excellent job setting up our new TV. They were super nice and even hooked up our DIRECTV and made sure everything was working before they finished. I will defiantly use them again on our next purchase.

I did not expect the GEEK SQUAD that delivered my set; to unpack, haul away all the foam and cardboard, then quickly install it on my furniture mount, then set the thing up very expertly and quickly in my home theater system

Two gentlemen from the Geek squad set up my tv. They were very careful in setting up the tv. They were very professional and explained all the nuances of the tv and remote. I was very pleased with their work.

The two guys they sent were very good. Explained everything to us in a way we could understand! They were very polite and cleaned up the mess from the boxes and wrappings. Very glad we had them do the install and set-up!

Technicians were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They were very patient with us(senior citizens) and answered all our questions. Professional young men, pleased with their set up of the new TV system.

Showed up on schedule, and completed the installation quickly. Could have spent a little more time explaining some of the features of the TV, since a full owner manual is not included.

The delivery men were very courteous though did not appear very familiar with this particular set. They were also stymied by a damaged stand and incorrect rear panel (this was an open box guaranteed as new purchase) so I can't fault them for this. They delivered what was in the box. The error took place long before it got to them. The 3 star rating is due to their apparent lack of familiarity with this particular model so it took longer than it should have but they got the job done, they didn't damage anything, were on time and polite.

The delivery guys did set the TV up, but I had to ask. They were originally just going to leave the TV in the box in the living room and take the malfunctioning TV back to wherever..

I had a problem with the first one that I purchased after having it for only 6 months. Best Buy replaced it, I chose to get the same model, and so far all is well. It pays to purchase the service plan.

They were all business. DIdn't waste any time getting the old unit out---ouch---it was a 32" Trinitron (approx 200 lbs) and getting the new unit installed and setup. I would use this service again in a heartbeat.

Delivery services where right on time. Did not experience delivery delays or any other inconveniences. Satisfied with overall performance. Did not need set up/installation services. I was able to do this on my own.

Best Buy delivered my TV within the time promised. Very efficient service as they set up. My TV was up and running within a few minutes. They then even give me a brief orientation on the controls and it was done!

Delivery not by Geek Squad but 3rd party who did not appear to be knowledgeable about the product. They suggested leaning an 85"tv against the wall until it was mounted on the wall later. This would have potentially caused severe damage to the tv. Above a certain price point, status of membership and/or size and cost of product, Geek Squad presence or delivery should automatically be warranted. Best Buy is Missing an opportunity to reduce returns and generating potential sales of additional product or services at the time of delivery.

I had two technicians come to my house to set up my tv and one left soon after arriving. The tech that stayed was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable of the product. I am happy I paid for the Geek Squad set up.

Effecient, trustworthy, and friendly. Exactly what I want from strangers in my house to perform a service. I give Kudos to Bestbuy for the people they hire, train, and send to customers' homes.
