Nice tv stand for price. Harder than it should be to assemble. Unit came with a broken piece.

This product was delivered to my home twice. Each time the main bracket support that holds the counter top was broken. This was unfortunate because it was on the Deal of the Day and was an amazing offer. Customer service was very helpful with the return process.

I'm pretty handy around the house but like others said, assembling this this was much more difficult than I think most might expect. The quality of materials is great, but precision and accuracy were lacking. In my situation, one problem was that the slots for the backboard did not line up properly, preventing the top surface from lining up, etc. At this point, I think a lot of people would consider returning the product, but having to pack this whole thing up and bring it back to the store did not sound fun to me. Instead I decided to hand sand the slots to make them wider. All in all, it took me from mid-morning to evening to assemble this, with a few frustrated breaks in between. I’d recommend this for folks who know their way around a toolbox, but seriously consider that you might have to make modifications, or worse, return it.

This is a nice, sturdy stand, but is definitely not gray... it's brown. Returning to store.

Ordered this online for in-store pickup because I wanted the product the same day. Loved the gray look in the pictures so much that I did not read the reviews which stated that the product is not gray. After unloading the box from my car by myself (which is quite heavy and really requires two people) and taking out all of the contents, I started to realize that the color is truly brown. There was no way I would be able to pack everything back up in the box the way it came from the manufacturer, load it back up into my car, and return it since the Best Buy was about 35 minutes from my house each way so I reluctantly chose to keep it and assemble it. Assembly itself was fairly easy. Too bad the color was not as described.
