    The third party company provides horrible service

    The third party company provided such a bad service, they were supposed to arrived between 8 am and 12 pm, the technician called me at 12:50 to tell me that he was so busy and was coming late, finally when he arrived at almost 2:00 pm he said that if I wanted he could cancel the service when I told him that I was expecting another technician that was going to perform another service with my cameras. Also, he was in a rush all the time, I would Not recommend the third party company that Best Buy uses when they cannot provide a service but I would definitely recommend the Greek Squad, they always provide great service and are the expertise when it comes to installations or recommendations plus they provide great customer service.

    Bought and delivered with Amazon (cheaper and more reliable). Found handy man online to mount (cheaper and more reliable) Best Buy service is terrible and bad communication, be ready to be on hold with India for 3 hours with no result

    Doesn't adjust vertically to raise and lower TV!

    This Rocketfish TV wall mount is advertised as "Full Motion". After they installed it for me, I found out it doesn't adjust vertically to raise and lower the TV. It should be able to do this if its advertised as "Full Motion". Very disappointed!

    Best Buy stated they would perform a TV installation between a 7AM and 1PM window. 1:00 came and went, and no one called to make any contact about our installation and no one showed up. I had to contact them two separate times to find out why no one showed, and it resulted in a third party vendor (not geek squad) coming out for the install. They didn’t arrive until 3:30 PM, which was 2.5 hours past the latest part of the initial delivery. The third party who showed up stated they didn’t even know about the delivery until a few minutes before they arrived. This was the second huge blunder that Best Buy made with me with a TV delivery and installation in a 48 hour period. I have sent emails to the “store leaders”, and no one even has the professional courtesy to respond. Very sad and disappointing to say the least. I am done with Best Buy.

    Absolutely the most horrible experience I’ve had with a delivery and install. They show up and sit in my house for 2.5 hours waiting on second tech to arrive. Then the Tv they brought didn’t work. Waited another week for a TV and the techs strip the inserts out of the back of the Tv and damage a $4,500 chair in my house. Then I wait for a third time to get the TV. Of course now I’m arguing to get compensation for the service fee I paid. Best Buy should be embarrassed.

    VERY POOR SERVICE - THE TECHNICANS ARE YOUNG KIDS PICKED WIHT MINIMAL TRAINING WORST COMPANY AND THEY WILL MAKE IT A NIGHTMARE FOR YOU TO GET ANYTHIGN INSTALLED - TOTALLY DIFFERNT WHAT BEST BUY SALES PERSON SELLS YOU AND WAHT GEEK SQUAD INTERPRETATION IS OF SAME - HAD TO THREATEN LOGAL ACTION FOR THEM TO FOLLOW WHAT BEST BUY SOLD US

    The agent updated the programming on the TV. He also connected the sound bar to the TV but it only works with the TV, none of my apps like Netflix or Hulu. Very disappointed. I’ve tried to call the store but no one ever answers the phone. Will need to drive to the store to get any assistance with this

    Fake Geek Squad breaks Wi Fi.

    I wanted to give this service "0" or negative stars - but not an option. Nothing could be done. The representatives somehow took down my internet - so no WiFi (and middle of a work day). They could not get it back up - they called my Internet provider who reported signals transmitted to modem with no problem. The representatives suggested I buy a different router; I did - no results. They left - no internet/wifi, no TV connected. I was extremely disappointed; these were apparently NOT regular Geek Squad but 3rd party contractors who kept saying "we don't know anything about Wifi". Subsequently, the REAL Geek Squad came out a week later - and I could not be more delighted or happier with their service. They were AWESOME. I will stay a Best Buy customer solely because of their amazing service recovery!!

    The tv is defective and Best Buy states I am past the 2 week return window by a few days. The back of the TV is not secure/attached properly and has gaps between the hdmi ports and the back of the tv. Stay away from this one. Best Buy had good customer support at one time, but no longer.

    Second mounting and connection and we again loved the tech! Unfortunately he still doesn’t have a truck with supplies, again no hdmi cables and no cable/coax hardware. He was very sorry and extremely proficient, but it’s not his fault! Can’t believe it happened a second time. Very bad Best Buy. Crazy that an Elite member has to worry about cables!!

    The agents had clearly never installed the box behind the tv. Did not have the correct tools, did not cover the mantle, did not have a broom or a vacuum. The tv was left off center and not level. I called them they said they would come back and then didn’t. Proceed to tell me I had to pay $125 for them to return because I “signed off”.

    Geek Squad TV install staff are incompetent

    Geek squad drilled a hole into a water line when mounting. Arrived 9 hours late and were rushing the job. Took over 2 money's to get tv mounted after necessary repairs and insurance claims.

    Bestbuy claimed they were going to install my 100 inch tv. I paid $130 and my tv is not installed. I can't leave from my garage because they put the box in there because there truck was full.
