    This was horrible! The service was horrible! The scheduling was horrible, yhey kept canceling! Then when a technician finally showed up, they said they didn’t know how to mount my TV. I had to end up having a family member come and mount it! Which they did with no issue! This is not a service, I would ever try to utilize again! They contract the work out to others!

    After the tech left, I figured out things left undone myself. He wasn't able to connect the TV we moved downstairs. It took my awhile, but I did.

    The Geek Squad did not finish the job because they had problems with set up of one of the sound systems and refuse to return my calls to advise when they will return. We got along well when they were here so I don’t understand. Very dissatisfied now and need this addressed. Thank you.

    They did not show up for the appointment, They did not call and let us know that nobody was coming, when i called them to check, they said they need to reschedule because there was a problem with the technician. They should have called early on the day to let us know. The lady on the phone was unapologetic and did not care that we just wasted our entire morning waiting for them to come and install the TV mount. I went back to bestbuy and cancelled the service and got a refund.

    this is the 5th time that my appointment was scheduled. I took time off from work to wait and nobody showed up. Horrible service and incompetent team. I give up and will have to pay a professional to do the work for me.

    Multiple unnecessary holes put in my wall on my brand new home, the contractor never said anything. I had to notice after plugging in the tv that was mounted crooked and not even plugged in! What kind of horrible job and quality of work is this? What happened to taking pride in your workmanship?

    Geek Squad installed bad TV.

    TV mounting was great. However. Sono speaker connection worked for the TV, however, Sono as a stand-alone for Pandora no loner work not only for the speaker connected to the TV but for all other speakers. The Apple app does not work. Lastly, 2 days after the Sony TV installation the TV cannot be turned on. Not good.

    0/5 - horrible service so far. Geek Squad agent decided to show up at a different time then scheduled and no one was around to let him in. Called support and turns out no agent was available during my scheduled appointment so the best they could do was to reschedule me again 4 weeks out or cancel the order

    Not great service, the service agents showed up and said that the for mantel mount the price is more than what you paid at store. They asked me to pay extra or buy a mount from them. Also they didnt have a proper understanding of how to mount the mantel mount TV. They were figuring it out as they go.

    Subcontractor, not GeekSquad, mounted tvs but would not hide wiring in wall. Said I’d need to get Geek to complete job. All this has taken almost a month and job is still not finished

    I was supposed to get my tv installed or even mounted - it was just dropped off. I tried calling support twice and both men do not speak very good English and just repeated over and over until I could not waste any more time - even after I politely asked for another person. I want my money back for services I did not receive and just get the run-around

    After 3 failed install dates, I finally got the items installed. However, I am waiting on a fourth visit due to the items not working properly. We also ended up spending almost $1000 additional in order to get the new television to work due to older hookups. We were not informed of this in the store.

    The setup never occurred. They were a no show no call.After confirming by email and phone call. When I called Best Buy the response was that they would let me know in 48 hours why they didn’t show. That was really not helpful. In short a customer service is really poor. Still no response.
