Read a lot of reviews and was skeptical to get it done through geek squad. Ended up taking a chance and really glad I did. They showed up on time, took my old tv and mount off and moved my old tv upstairs. They installed my new tv with a new mount and cleaned up all their work with a vacuum. They offered to take the boxes with them as a courtesy. Overall really glad I chose them. 10/10 would recommend.

Agents were very good at installing my TV and all accessories. They took time and provided me some options on the install. They listen to my wants and we concluded with a setup that looks great. They provided me help with installation and necessary downloads. They were on time and cleaned up after them self. Very satisfied with their work.

The two agents were friendly and considerate. They removed our old tv, mounted the new one and set it all up. They even provided some suggestions on types of speakers which would work well for our living arrangements.

The Geek Squad team that removed my recently installed 77” LG G3 and remounted it with a new Sanus mount on 11/2/23 did a great job! I had some very real concerns about the TV, which was much heavier than my last one, being mounted on my wall without being attached to the studs, which, based on previous installations, I did not think was possible. Austin and John not only took the time to patiently listened to my concerns but then acted on them to be innovative in their placement of the mount in a tight spot and did actually find a way to anchor it into the studs. They also did some extra work to sure up the wall by filling previous holes made by previous mounts with bolts. I now can watch my TV without any fear whatsoever of it eventually falling off my wall! Beyond this, they were efficient with notifying me about their arrival and did clean, careful and exact work while here. I couldn’t be happier with the installation, and really appreciate them doing a great job in an era where service providers are often not performing at that level, in my experience anyway.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and got my tv mounted with an hour. Super easy to setup and now my tv looks great on the wall.

I love this TV. The picture is great. It is very clear and bright colors. It is easy to add apps.

The Geek Squad technicians that delivered and installed our new tv were very professional and thorough. The installation required some additional items, plus an exchange of one item. They returned to the shop, returned the one item, obtained the additional items needed to complete the installation, and promptly returned to complete the job. Great techs! Nice job!!

They were very careful with entire process - uninstalling legacy 80"TV and installing new 85". We ended up replacing with a newer wall mount that was an excellent choice on their part. They were extremely kind and patient and shared our enthusiasm for our new purchase. We received reminder calls and emails but best part was actually speaking to the techs a few days before they called to review what was needed and we were able to plan accordingly based on the call. Great job geek squad.

Took the worry out of the process by having them install it! They were great and were very efficient in the process!

This was a great buy as my new tv failed right out of the box. The geek squad came, installed my tv mount & new 75 inch Samsung tv. Made all the connections & began setup. Something on the tv was not working. They said I just needed to stop in the store & do the paperwork to get a replacement tv. They came back with the new tv, removed the bad one & replaced it with a new one. The new TV performed flawlessly. They went over everything with me & then they packed up everything & left.

They did a grear job and cane early.and was friendly and respectful of my belongings.and had a good converstion about electronics beacuse im experienced in that area also.and i got a discount from bestbuy instead of $250 i paid $100 for delivery and mounting/hookup.

Great job. The Geek Squad always comes to my rescue. They installed my new tv quickly and efficiently. When they were finished they went through everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with the new set. My thanks to the Geek Squad.

The 2 Geek Squad members who came to my home to set-up my new TV were very knowledgeable and very pleasant. They were also very accommodating, including changing the placement of the surge protector, after everything had already been plugged-in, in order to allow me to be able to plug-in additional items in the future.

My Samsung TV came with free mounting service. I got a 75 inch TV, So it was very nice to have this service with such a big TV. Definitely pleased with the placement on the wall.

Guys did a great job. Fast. took the old TV. I should have asked them to show me more about how to work it since my old TVs were not smart. they did show me the basic and showed me how to get it working. I certainly did not want to take my 80 pound tv off the wall and then mount this one.

The agent not only made quick work of mounting and setting up my TV - he also saved me money. My old (heavy) LCD TV was on a wall mount that sagged (came with our new house). I purchased a replacement TV and wall mount. Once the old TV was off the mount, the agent pointed out that one part of the existing mount was upside-down. Quick fix - and no need for the new mount!

Had many problems with purchase of a new TV. However, the Geek Squad guys were all great...very professional and knowledgeable.
