Adella and her team expertly mounted the wall mount, overcoming constraints in the size of the frame it was to be attached to. They installed and setup the TV and then connected it to the existing DirectTV system, gave me some basic instructions, and opinions on accessories we might want down the road.

Very friendly, courteous and professional. Offered suggestions that were for my safety and did an excellent job with the set-up. Very patient with senior individuals and made sure I understood the tv operation.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. They were very flexible with timing and worked well around my work schedule. They quickly got the job done and cleaned up very well. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them to mount a TV in my house and both have been great experiences. It’s very well worth the price because then I’m not stuck with a giant TV box that I have to get rid of.

Geek Squad is one of the best services offered at Best Buy. I’ve used both of their in-store and home install services several times and they are fantastic every single time. Very nice and courteous staff.

People were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and even though they did not install my TV to a wall (part because I didn't want to and I wasn't sure if I could be able to), they were very willing to assist with making sure that the TV was good and ready before leaving.

We had an agent from the geek squad come an install two TV's. I was very pleased with the communication regarding their arrival time and he did an excellent job installing the TV's.

The Geek Squad guys are definitely the "heroes" of this install. They got it all installed, set up and working very quickly. The wall mount would've have taken me all day and they had it up so fast and made it look so easy! So glad I had them do this work.

The service guy was excellent and he did a wonderful job. I had my TV mounted on the wall and he did a great job, He arrived on the time he said and cleaned up his mess and asked if I needed anything else and he was good to go. He programmed the TV and got TV all ready to go. I totally recommend him. This was worth the protection plan . Thanks again John S.

Excellent service. This is my 2nd installation with Best Buy. The staff has been super professional, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure the everything is up to my liking. I would recommend this service to everyone.

The Service Rep installed and mounted the TV on a full-motion wall mount and connected it to an antenna, a soundbar and a DVD player. He also connected the TV to our home network.

The Geek Squad agents were wonderful. Before purchasing any additional equipment an agent came to our house znd and explained what we would need and hos thry would seg it up. They were fantastic. Wd now have the tv where we wanted it and th we viewing experience is great!

They called and re-arranged the appointment to a more convenient time. When they arrived they wore foot coverings to keep our carpets cleaned. They worked quickly and efficiently on connecting the new 55" TV connected to our old TV stand and getting the TV working. They reviewed the functions of the new remote and took away our old TV for a $40 fee.

Brian and his colleague (apologies but I do not recall his name) from the Springfield, VA location were great. They were prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely use them again. The mounted our 75 inch tv in less than 10 minutes and Brian had some great recommendations for our family room downstairs.

The installers did a good job. They were very careful not to damage furniture, floor or wall. My one reservation is that BestBuy charges too much for this service ($250).

I highly recommend the service I received for the install of my tv over my fireplace. They arrived at the designated appointment time, were courteous and knew exactly what I needed to have done. They work quickly and efficiently ensuring everything was to my satisfaction.
