Arrived on time. He knew what he was doing. He removed my old tv and mount, installed the new mount and hung the tv. He knew how to set it up with my direct tv box and programed the remote. Well worth the money to have him do the install.

The guys did an incredible job mounting my TV. I bought a wall mount that you are able to pull down so you can view the TV at eye level and raise it back up when done. They read the directions, took their time, and the TV looks great, perfectly centered above my fireplace. Couldn't be more pleased. THANKS

The install went well. The guys were friendly and professional. The internet at the nursing home was not the best and we should have known that before the purchase, even with bad internet, the TV works well.

John was excellent. He went above and beyond any expectations. He put our tv stand together and mounted the tv as well as made sure we understood how to use the remote and our tv features. He was very patient and answered all of questions so we could understand the process.

two guys show up , take down old tv , move the mount to new position on wall, rout new hdmi cables , set tv up with verizon fios, take the trash and are gone in 40 minutes-- very polite answered my questions geek squad has never let me down
