But the lights are only 5ft wide and drop length is about 3.5ft. I’m hoping once I put them up, that maybe the look with make me forget the disappointment.

At first glance we were really disappointed cause they looked just like any other light curtain. Only way more expensive. BUT... WHEN WE STARTED toying with it's functionality and programmable features were felt guilty for our quickness to judge a book by its cover or rather a light by its brightness. Highly recommend these . We love them.

The first Twinkly curtain light set I bought only turned on 4 time…those got returned. $150 for 4’ of curtain lights & they kinda seem like crap. They look so cool online, wish I could get them to work like that!

We’re able to sign in to all of the services we subscribe to on this TV. It has a great picture quality and sound.

Twinkly has horrible customer service and would not offer a solution. returned to best buy for a refund. Twinkly app was not user-friendly. very disappointed, I really wanted to love these.

the policy provides for replacement even when a single LED fails, therefore if your product is under warranty, you are entitled to a replacement.
Generally, a full replacement cannot be granted, only when the warranty has expired.
