Great Pack for the Money
PostedLike all products it does have some minor flaws. First and foremost do not use the supplied charging cable, get a longer one otherwise you will destroy the charging port. The cable is too short and you end up twisting or hanging the device damaging the port. The 11 or so charges this device claims is wrong as well but that is common sense. It's a 20,000 mah battery most phones have around a 3,000 mah battery so with heat loss that's about 6ish charges for your average smart phone. That is pretty fantastic and my HTC M10 does about 5-6 charges. Now for charging speed each USB out will do 2.1A which is on par with a fast charger but not as fast as qualicom or other battery packs but hey for 25 bucks I can live with the extra 30min-hour charge time. The power brick it's self with a qualicom charger took about 7 hours to charge with any standard USB charger this thing can and will take 15 or more hours to charge, so make sure you have a fast wall charger for this thing. After all it is 6x the power of your phone so it is going to take a while to charge. The overall design is nice and simple so you can't go wrong with this product. I use mine a lot while camping from my motorcycle and its been used from everything to cold to hot weather and it keeps on going. There are much better battery packs out there on Amazon but not for this price.

Huge capacity!
PostedI have an iPhone 6S and haven't had the battery changed yet, so it tends to run out of juice faster than I would like. As I was getting ready to fly out for a big 5-day sales meeting, I decided it would be a good idea to invest in a portable charger. Luckily, the Best Buy "Deal of the Day" just happened to be this Tzumi - PocketJuice 20,000 mAh Portable Charger, and for less than $20 dollars, it seemed worth a try. I'm glad I did! First of all, the capacity is huge at 20,000 mAh. According to the packaging, I should be able to charge my phone about 11 times - although I would say it's more like 6-7 full charges. It's a little larger and heavier than I expected, but it's still small enough to fit into a suit jacket pocket. It has 2 USB ports, so I can actually charge 2 devices at once such as my iPhone and iPad. I would say it charges my phone at about the same rate as my wall charger. The on/off button has lights around it showing how much charge is remaining, which I find really helpful. The device itself takes up to about 15 to reach a full charge, and the only cord that comes with it is a very short USB to mini-USB. No "wall wart", you'll have to provide your own or plug it into the USB port of a computer to charge it. Overall I'm very happy with it. We'll see how well it holds up over time.

Works great
PostedMake sure to only recharge it using the included cable - this ensures a shorter distance between delivery of electricity for the battery. Ensuring safety from anything related to a fire hazard. Allows you to externally power and charge USB-A male cables to devices, two at a time. USB-A to USB-Type C(Android), USB-A to Lightning for iOS(Apple) and any other USB devices, such as wireless headphones, flashlight, digital camera that charges with their USB ended cable. Usually charge mine up and it can take 8-12 hours to be honest. A solid green circle indicates a full charge. 20,000mAh equals MULTIPLE full charges. iPhones typically run 2000-2700mAh I've taken with me on road trips, Pokemon Go, a day at the coffee shop. I usually keep it charged and in center console in my car for on the go power.

Handy, but not quick
PostedFound this on sale for $25 and figured why not as I had a $20 gift certificate. I have an iphone 6 that tends to run low by the end of the work day and so bought this to recharge as necessary. The battery came mostly charged, which was helpful. The little black cord provided does not fit in an iphone charger jack, and so you have to supply your own apple cord and your own wall jack to charge the battery itself. That part irks me. It also takes 1.5 hours to charge 70%. And that's with not using my phone during the recharging process. So it's not fast. It's also very heavy and so it's not something I would keep in my purse. I do like the green dial on the front, so I know how much juice is left in the battery. I've charged my phone from ~30% to 100% twice now and the dial is still fully lit. Overall, it holds a lot of power and can be used many times. It works well for my purpose, but keep in mind speed of charging and weight. I wouldn't pay full price for it.

Usually love Tzumi, but...
PostedI bought two of these 20K Pocket Juice on Black Friday. One was for myself, the second was for a Christmas gift. when I first plugged it in and charged it I noticed that it took an extremely long time to charge but I figured that was normal. The second time I tried to charge it, it just wouldn't charge. I tried different cords but none would work. I finally got it to charge, but I had to push the cord into the unit at an ackward angle and it had to stay "just so" or it would quit charging. I can't sit and hold this thing to make sure it charges! I figured it was just a defective unit and that the one I had bought as a gift would be fine. Wrong. It has the exact same issues, only it will not charge at all. My son has a 5K Pocket Juice that works great so I'm sure the problem with this 20K one is with the design. Don't buy it, just get the cheaper 5K one. Also, I only have access to the internet on my phone, and the Tzumi website makes it impossible to submit a complaint when using your phone. I tried to call them and they don't have customer service by phone. So I'm stuck with these chargers that don't work.

Great for vacations, emergencies or simply away!
PostedBought two of these during "Deal if the Day" promotion in preparation for a week away in vacation to a Disneyland. Charger was a great way to keep all of our phones (5 in all) charged through out the day. Only had to recharge the battery pack once or twice during the trip while allowing us to charge our phones from empty each day. On average, recharging one phone from empty to full would only waste a quarter of the overall recharger overall capacity. The charger is big and heavier then most but you will always have a charged phone. Would definitely recommend it, specially for the $17.99 price advertised during these deals.

BIG and EFFECTIVE.
Postedi own five and have used seven of these (bought from 2 different BBs in two countries, as well as two other major retailers), and have not had an ounce of trouble from ANY of them. first bought four as a last minute need to power a pair of gopro cameras for a continuous eight-day timelapse shoot. they each ran in 24+hour stints in from - 5ºF to about 40ºF temperatures. exposed to wind and heavy snow. no problems at all. if you have a higher power WALL charger. it was my experience that they charge from nearly dead to full in 6-8 hours. my only complaint is kind of petty. but i wish the visual indicator had more than 4 lights. as (for my uses) it would be handy to have a little more granular picture of remaining power. like the TP-LINK 15,600 that has six small lights (but is not available in the US)

Perfect for trips with a group of people!
PostedI was shopping for a power pack that would hold more than one to two charges for my trip to Colorado with my youth group. I looked at several that held quite a bit and finally settled on this one. This pack holds up to 11 full charges which was perfect for me. I am a sponsor for my youth group and wanted to have something that would charge multiple devices before it was drained, because I knew they would be taking lots of pictures and would not want to miss any due to their phone or camera dying. The only downside to such a big pack is it takes longer to charge (obviously), but it worked perfectly for me. It takes 10 hours to fully charge. However, if you think about it, you can plug it in while you are home or in your hotel or cabin, (wherever you are staying).

Good portable charger
PostedI bought this mainly to allow me to charge my iPad and iPhone without being tethered to an AC outlet, and it has served its purpose nicely. While it is a little heavy, and not small enough for your pants pocket (despite the name implying so), it does fit in my wife's purse or in my backpack's small pocket, which is portable enough for my needs. I'm able to fully charge (from 1% to 100% battery) the iPad twice on one full charge of the PocketJuice, which is nice. I do wish it came with a longer included microUSB to USB cable, but it's fairly easy to get another cable to use. It also would be nice to come packaged with a USB-to-AC power adapter. Still, it's a good product to have on hand, particularly if you don't have easy access to another power source.

Lots of power for a great price!
PostedThis item works great and charges my iPhone 7 at least 8 or 9 times before needing to be recharged. It is a little heavy but not too bad considering the number of charges you can get out of it. I found this item to be on sale for 50% off online but not in the store. I purchased it in a Best Buy store because I needed one to give as a gift and didn't have time to wait for it to be shipped. The store matched the online price and I purchased two since it was such a great deal (one as a gift for someone and one for myself). The only thing I wished it had was a display that shows the actual percentage of battery life left. Instead it has a LED green circle that displays the power left in 25% increments.

Decent Battery Pack for the price
PostedI purchased the Pocket Juice battery pack mainly for travelling. I find myself on long distance trips with layovers that I use my portable electronic devices and need an external source of power when outlets are not easily accessible or available. To that end, this battery pack is well suited and offers several charges of a phone and a couple for a tablet (both of which can easily and somewhat quickly be charged by this battery pack). The build quality is decent. The only con I can think of is that this battery pack is larger than expected. It is 20,000 mah so, I knew it would be large, I was just expecting it to be a little smaller than it actually is.

Does what it says
PostedThis thing is great for traveling. I also rubberband to my tripod and it keeps my 360 camera going for an entire wedding on a streamline recording. It does take all night to charge, but it is a big battery. For more money there are others that allow duel charging. This one does not have that option. Also, you CANNOT charge the bank while the bank is charging your device. The price i got it for was good, so not going to complain about the other features. Just plan ahead amd dont forget to charge it. It has enough juice to last a few days if you just charge youe device a fee times a day.

Perfect for my needs
PostedWe needed additional battery power for 2 Kindles on a 3+ hour flight. This pack worked great. Powered 2 kindles for the flight and had about 1/2 battery to spare. One of our Kindles holds absolutely no charge so one relied solely on the battery pack. As for the pack itself, it's small and lightweight, lighter than expected. It has an indicator light that shows how much battery is remaining. It has 2 USB outlets so it can power up to 2 items simultaneously. Recharge time depends on the charger but using a high power charger it will fully charge in about 4 hours or so. In short, it was well worth the money. I would recommend it highly.

It's got the juice
PostedThe Tzumi PocketJuice 20,000 man Portable Charger packs the punch with quick charging. I wanted a reliable charger that I could get several uses out of, this does just that. I have wasted money on off brand less powerful chargers to only be disappointed because they work a few times before dying. If you want quality and something that will last a long time, go with the Tzumi. I only found 2 very minor flaws - it does not come with a case and it's heavy when carrying it around. However, the sense of knowing I can get a quick long charge outweighs these very minor flaws.

Performance good, heavy after a while
PostedI thought this to help extend the life of my iPad Pro to get through a full day at college taking notes with my Apple Pencil via Bluetooth. This did a great job extending the battery. It charges relatively rapidly at night when I’m charging my iPad. Really my biggest problem is that it gets heavy after a while in the backpack, and perhaps that it’s kind of bulky an unruly on teeny tiny college desks when I’m trying to recharge the iPad. I wish I could get a give this a 4 1/2 But I had to choose one or the other, so with my two very minor not even really complaints I rounded down to 4.

Great portable power
PostedI bought this to replace a My Charge unit and I have to say, I like it more than I thought I would. First, it charges a phone "up to 11xs on 1 charge." Next, it's convenient that the cord is not attached to the unit, as I can set it down or keep it in a pocket while using my phone and not having the extra bulk. My only complaint is that the lights aren't lighting up correctly when it charges. For example, while charging 2 lights are lit, but when I unplug it, it shows 4 lights and fully charged. I may be returning the unit for an exchange, as this could just be defective. Overall, great product.

Awesome product
PostedI purchased two of these on deal of day after reading several good reviews about it. It charged my iPad from 5% to 100% in a couple of hours and still had a half charge left on it. It has been extremely useful in charging devices while children were watching movies on our devices outside of house/vehicle. The only con for some might be the weight of the product, as it is a little heavy, but this doesn't bother me any. I just throw it in my purse on my way out the door and never have to worry about any of our devices having dead batteries while on the go.

a LOT of stored juice
PostedGreat source of external battery power is packed into this, relatively, small, package. It is kinda bulky, and a bit on the heavy side if carrying it in a carry-on, but convenience of having 20,000+ Mahs on the go is worth it. Works seamlessly by simply connecting it to your device via USB micro cable. The only nuances I have is that it takes a long time recharge it. It came half-charged out of the box, and took overnight to charge the other half. Also, you can't recharge while it recharging another device. Other than that, 5 stars!

Powerful little device.
PostedI had purchased this item through a deal of the day. I had to wait about 10 days before I got an email from Best Buy. When I went to the store they stated they didn't have the device I ordered but upgraded me to the better version for free. It is a handy little device that is very powerful and can charge 2 phone or tablets at the same time. Both Apple and non Apple products. Beware that it uses only an Apple lightning cord or a USB C cord to charge. A regular Motorola type cord will not charge this device.

Lasts forever
PostedThis thing lasts forever. Its a bit big in size, (close to 6 inches in length, 3 inches wide, and 1 inch tall. (All estimates)), but its a 20,000 mAh battery so I'm not sure what I was expecting. It takes a while to charge, (about 24 hours for a full charge), but again, its a 20,000 mAh battery, so I'm not sure what I was expecting. This is my first portable battery of this size so I'm not sure if the size and charge time is normal for a 20,000 mAh, but it still lasts forever (I haven't managed to use a full charge in a day yet.) I'm very satisfyed with my purchase.
