LESS THAN A CHARGE

I DECIDED TO PICK UP ONE OF THESE PORTABLE CHARGERS TO SAVE ME TIME. THIS ITEM TAKE 3-4 HOURS TO CHARGE, DOES NOT GIVE THE PHONE A FULL CHARGE. JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY TO ME.
