It works very good! I can take it anywhere! I like how it’s wireless! So I don’t need my cord to charge my cellular device.

This was a gift for a friend, she absolutely loved it. She was able to plug her phone in and have an extra plug for a just in case. It helps when power goes out, and best of all, when you buy the extended service on the battery if something goes wrong, you bring it back to Best Buy and you can exchange it and the only thing you will have to pay for is another extended service on the new battery.

battery drains fast but thats maybe cuz it does charges my phones faster (using a cable not the wireless option) just wish it could charge my phone or phones more times than the usual 3 or 4 but im content with this purchase although next time i feel like trying a diff brand

Very good battery pack. The battery displays made it easy to know how much change you have left on you battery pack. Had no issues changing my devices with it. I could change my phone multiple times before needing to charge the battery pack. The wireless charging was okay would have been better if it had MagSafe or something similar to help line up the phone and charger.

Bought this thinking a wireless battery backup would be great for my iPhone X. You can also charge a device via usb while charging your phone on the wireless pad. Down side...if only gives you one full charge on your phone or tablet before the battery needs to be recharged itself.

The speed at which it charges wirelessly is almost insulting, otherwise I like it. I see wireless charging as one of those options in a large software package that I just won’t use.. but I wanted to...otherwise I would have opted for the less expensive one. I may still exchange...

bought this on the fly. Was going to be working in the weeds, no electricity close. Needed backup power. Find myself keeping this thing close, long after that need. Throw in my backpack hiking, NEVER find myself thinking anymore where I can go for 30 min to charge my phone. Great piece to have access to. Wife was blown away how many times we both used it without having to recharge it.

This powerbank is a true wireless phone charger. I tried "wireless" chargers in the past, only to find a wire connecting the charger to the wall. I tried an experiment by charger my phone, my iPad, and my Sony mirrorless camera at the same time. Worked like a charm!

I bought this during recent series of power shutdowns in Northern California. I used it primarily to charge my phone, which was great. Also can charge Fitbit, an MP3 player, Kindle, iPad. Good item to have and it works!

Good Portable Charger. Can charge 2 things at once. Charges fast. Screen on front to let you know how my battery is left. Only negative is it doesn't feel strong to take a beating. Over really good portable charger.

Replace and old one and this is wireless it work really good holds a charge .

I love how one charge lasts for weeks if I don’t use it often but when I use it it still lasts all day and then some! The only thing I don’t like is the short charging cord! It makes the heavy charger hang from the outlet because the wire is so short. Because of this it loosens the connector inside then it stops charging. I’m on my third one so far!

Easy to use and very convenient. Charges my phone pretty quickly.

It's a bit heavier than I expected. The overall wireless charging process seems a little slower than I would like, so I wish it was a little faster. Other than that, It has survived three traveling trips so far.

Its a good battery pack. But for any S10 or S105G devices it doesnt fast charge, there is one that is PD and it's written on the box Hyper charge. If your looking for fast charging, DO NOT GET THIS. get the hyper charge one.
