Unfortunately, the filing cabinet arrived defective, with drawers that would not function correctly. I contacted customer service for help, but the process was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. I ordered this item in September, and it took until January to finally receive a refund. The issue was only resolved after Best Buy customer service had to step in and force the company to act, as they were also being ignored. Due to the poor product quality and lack of support, I cannot recommend this item.
