The Ice Maker water fill overflows into the bin and freezes as a solid block of ice. Unable to get any help on how to adjust or fix the problem! Even though this is brand new out of the box, BestBuy will not help unless I pay for more coverage!

Good unit and makes ice as advertised but quite pricey fir what it is.
