This is not the kind of case I expect from UAG. It's simply not a a good case at all. This thing is extremely slick and has no grip to it all. Returning it immediately.

Its a great case that's made to last for a long time.

I like this case color. The case is very slippery. When you set it screen down the orange corners actually kind of grab onto surface. I just don't like how slippery it is.

A bit bulky but meets my needs in protecting my device. I would purchase it again in the future if needed and have no reservations in recommending it.

Case is too boxy on the phone. Would have liked a flat back instead of the raised middle. Sides of case also don't feel that great when holding the phone

Junk! L O V E D the Way it Looked On here and their own website, however once I received it - I was SO disappointed. It felt so cheap! If I didn't buy it from BestBuy directly I would have questioned its authenticity. It's all one piece which is fine BUT the material doesnt seem like it could possibly absorb any impact. The inside is hard plastic with a diamond plate pattern on it. Which is not a different material or raised in any way! I really wanted to love this. I'm so sick if Otterbox & Lifeproof!! If I Had To Bet. I would go with phone is breaking - Not Case is Saving! (Totally Just Made That Up!) SIDE NOTE: They have a lot of cases with the BBB !! They don't back up their warranty. Also if you do decide to try it. I suggest Buying it from Best Buy or another "Authorized Retailer" as the company themselves is unreliable. As ridiculous as that sounds

Nice mat finish and has good grip when holding. Ps can u add kik stand

Waited too long for a phone protector that is very hard to use

I had the same case for my Samsung S20 Ultra 5g and loved it.. dropped a couple of times and no damage. I decided I love this case because I am a combat vet and well OD green is my .... Yeah, Well getting this case for my brand new Note20 Ultra 5g was the biggest mistake I made. Within the first week, I barely dropped it off my lap on a rug and it shatter the glass both front and back.. Thankful for insurance both after buying a $1400 phone, and paying a $250 deductible I will never buy one of these again.

Received an open, used case of undetermined brand/model instead of the UAG Civilian in Mallard. Seems to me like Best Buy shipped a returned item rather than a new one. How else to explain someone's used case in a UAG Civilian box? Lost all respect for the chain and will shop elsewhere. Cost me the difference in the sale price and reordered ordered direct from UAG.

Didn't like this case had to return it because the shale its made of plastic that its too slippery

A week after buying it did absolutely nothing to protect my Brand New Note Ultra 20 from a small drop that shattered the glass. Do NOT recommend!

Best phone 3ver. Powerful with long battery life. Awesome camera

Not worth it and is extremely awkard and hard to take off of your phone
