    Word to the wise; leave the paper in the case when installing so you don't create micro scratches and that will make a big difference when it comes to keeping it looking nice.

    Doesn’t slide in all the way. The corner touch but There’s space from corner to corner the volume isn’t again at so you have to push in to feel the button. The whole jack for the headphone is to small and because it doesn’t go in all the way it’s covering half of the headphone jack.

    This product is highly disappointing. I had to purchase a replacement for my son's Surface Book 2 less than 2 years after spending $100 on the original case. Worse yet the original computer had to be replaced, under warranty, as this case broke the keyboard on that device.

    I found this laptop to be relatively cumbersome to use. It's fast and the features are plentiful, but inferior in my opinion to an Apple product. Not worth the high price tag and I would not buy it again.

    My kid has dropped her Surface like 2 times and not even a scratch....I wound up buying the same case for my new Surface Pro

    PC is overheating through regular use. Happens most often using Zoom. Removal of the case allowed the PC to vent more efficiently. I have not had issues since removing the case.
