The case was easy to put together ( the carry strap had to be installed ) I thought it would cover the front and back of my surface tablet but only covers the back. It does give it added protection though.

I like this case. Pretty strong and reminds me a bit of life proof phone cases. Which is a good thing. It’s a bit bulky. But that’s what I was looking for.

The rubber strap that holds the hinge cover is cheap and keeps breaking, otherwise it is a good product

I was disappointed to hear that this case was the only protection for the surface pro. I spent a lot of money for the computer and looked to protect it. However, I did purchase and had the geek squad put it on. It almost took as long as the surface set up to fit correctly. I have it on now but still have to adjust once I use the surface as a tablet. No solution from the geek squad as to why. Also, no screen protector. Are you serious. I guess they make you bu the computer protection. That’s another $300.

This cover fits ok. It’s a little loose on the bottom panel or keyboard cover but seems to do the job. I like it but for the money I think it could be a better fit.

I purchased this for my Surface Book 2. This is an ok cover but it is the only one available for this unit.

It is durable. I accidentally dropped my surface and it held together good. The only thing I dont like is that there should be more rubber on the edges of the bottom.

It's a good case until you separate the screen from the keyboard. The hinge gets in the way when trying to reattach the screen.

I just hate spending this kind of money on a case, but it is a necessity. This case is well made and hopefully will be durable.

Has not given me any issues , had for about a year now never dropped it thank God but not 100% the durability yet

Jeff was very helpful - like he always is! The Mouse that came with the Surface Book no linger worked and he halped me pick a replacement mouse (exact replacement wasn't available).

Great protection for your SB2, but it is definitely bulky and adds quite a bit of weight to the device.

Doesn't fit as snug as I thought it would but could be that I installed incorrectly. Will take it by the store to have them check it,

Bought this laptop and to replace my old one. It’s very reliable and versatile. It works really good for teachers because you can have an option to project your screen on the board with the adapter.
