Wasn't as pricey, great and loud for a room or bathroom! Waterproof so was able to bring it wherever I go. Amazing and long lasting battery!

I love the sound coming from this speaker with my iphone and am happy that I bought it. My only disappointment has nothing to do with the speaker but with the fact that my ipad and ipod can't be set up for Bluetooth because they've become too old.

This thing is perfect for me. It's very portable, and though its size makes it very easy to bring with me, it has big sound. Also the battery lasts so much longer than my last speaker I just can't complain.

I’ve had my UE Boom 1 for about 10 years and it’s a workhorse and a champion! I’ve left in in the woods for almost a week when I broke camp but forgot it and it rained on it twice. Still work like a charm. I’ve dropped it in the pool twice and no problems. I’ve dropped it countless times on hard surfaces and still worked. I just got this Boom 2 for my girlfriend for a gift and it’s even louder than my original. Expect it to be another great product from UE. Definitely recommend buying one.

Bluetooth connectivity makes the easy to use. Battery life is very good and unit is small enough transport easily yet large enough to produce good quality sound.

The Boom 2 has nice bass and crisp clear sound. I use it for kayak fishing, around the house, and so much more. Volume has never been an issue.

Great speaker So like that it's portable it's also loud enough and not to mention waterproof also has an app where you can control the speaker you can turn it off and on so you don't have to actually press the button I thought that was pretty neat but the reason is getting 3 stars is because for some reason I don't know if I got a faulty one but it always seems that it's dead even though I charge it up and don't use it for a couple weeks somehow Its low batter So every time I want to use it the battery is drained

I purchased this as a Christmas gift. However, the whole family was able to experience the greatness of UE Boom 2 as we sat outside around a roaring fire pit accompanied by tunes across the generations represented by family members. I felt confident that this purchase could weather the environment because of the reputation of the product. I enjoyed the gift giving so much I went and bought one for myself. Perfect size. Perfect sound. Perfect ruggedness. Can't wait till we're gathered together again and have two Boom 2s paired together providing a soundtrack to our family time.

I bought this speaker for my daughter in college after I purchased one just two weeks earlier for myself. She loves it. Holds a great charge. She takes it to the beach worry free knowing it won't be damaged by the water and sand. This summer we paired it with my speaker when by the pool. We did notice a bit of a skip when we have hers in the house and mine by the pool and they are paired. No biggie. I think it is because the signal is going through the sliding glass doors. Works fine when both are outside. I see one more speaker in the future for my son. Buy this!

Got black and yellow for $80 on BF. Sound is amazingly good. I have had Kilpsch surround and full surround with another $1000 system, so I can compare with high end sound. I do believe Bose is better, but UE Boom2 is almost as excellent to me.

I highly recommend the Boom 2! It is a great speaker for may use. I connect it to my iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. It is great! I have multiples so the connected feature is great too! If you’re looking for the right Bluetooth speaker this is it.

I had a little speaker before that I bought for $20 it didn't allow you to adjust volume and stuff so we went to Best Buy and was going to buy a different one and the Best Buy Employee highly recommend these because he said they were his favorite and you can connect them with the same speaker for surround sound at your house. We turned this speaker on when we got home and was blown away on how loud it got and it was super clear! We plan to go back and buy more!

This is the best bluetooth speaker I've ever owned. I have 3 of them, in different styles. Aside from being REAL waterproof, making them perfect for a beach or pool day, the battery lasts for a full day, and you can link up to 150 of them together for an amazing multi-speaker setup!!!! You can also link them with Megabooms, and original Boom/Boom 1 speakers. If I had to make one complaint, it lacks buttons to change tracks and play/pause. Instead, it relies on gesture control, which is less than perfect. I can't recommend this enough.

I can’t say enough about this great little portable speaker! It goes to the beach out in the boat, out in the garage in the yard where ever we go we take it, This one I purchased is for a gift because they enjoyed listening to mine so much.
