The UE Boom 2 is a reissue of the original UE Boom and it is well worth the update. When a friend introduced me to the original UE Boom, I was blown away about the sound in such a compact device and the sound was in 360. I tried a few other bluetooth speakers in between but knew I had to get the Boom 2 when UE reissued an updated version -- this time being waterproof. Equally amazing sound (if not deeper bass) and compact, burly package. Well worth the purchase.

The UE boom speaker was super easy to set up. It’s size/weight make it easy to pack and carry anywhere. While the sound is not on par with high end speakers it has enough bass and doesn’t sound tinny.

This product is amazing if your the go to person for gatherings. It provides an amazing quality of sound that can immerse any room. If your worries are for the volume of the speaker, I am here to tell you it blast music through any size room and you can always hook up more of the UE brand speakers together to get a fully block party going if that’s what your in need of.

This speaker provides great sound while being relatively small, water-proof and shock-proof (within reason).

This speaker sounds great! It's very compact and very sturdy. I love using it by the pool. It puts out pretty big sound.

I owned the original UE boom and it was amazing. The boom 2 adds to what was already great. I have compared the sound quality and levels against all of the competition. This is the best bar none.

I own a Bose Soundlink (the one that costs about $120) and it works great. I've had it for years. I wanted to get a second bluetooth speaker so this time I decided to try the UE Boom II. After a couple of months of use, I find I like the UEBoom II better. It has a crisper sound and brings out the highs better. The battery life in between charges is also much better than the Bose. The UE Boom II costs more than the Bose Soundlink but it's worth the extra money.

This is a very quality speaker. I am into high end stereo equipment and the imaging and clarity of speakers is amazing especially when combined with two or more speakers. Great Great Product!!!!

I love this speaker I bought one for my Mom 2 years ago and it never had any problems. I finally got one for myself and it’s awesome. The speaker fills the room with a warm sound not tin canny.

We bought this to use on the boat. It had awesome volume that even when we were full speed we could hear it. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to fill a large area with great sound!

This is the second speaker we purchased to link up two to make it stereo sound. Very pleased with the sound. We use the pair in one room or we can separate them and use in two different rooms.

Small enough to go places but can still get loud and sound great. Have not paired it with another system but plan too.

Got this as a gift for my husband who uses this outside in his garage. We have had JBL speakers before this one and i can tell you the first thing that stands out is the way this sounds, superior to the jbls then there is the next fact that this is water tight inside and out which makes it so much better for the way it’s being used. My daughter had a UE as well but we just never thought of getting one until the jbl died. in short it is worth the buy!!
