I purchased this for my husband and I was pleasantly surprised at the sound quality coming out of this little speaker. We like the fact that if you download the app you can turn the speaker on and off, adjust the volume and also change the equalizer settings, there is also an alarm feature if you need that. We love this speaker so much we are going to purchase another one since you can pair two of these speakers together

Good battery life. Sound is incredible and is waterproof.

I have the UE Megaboom, have had the Boom (1st gen) and think they are among the best bluetooth speakers available. Had no doubt that the UE Boom 2 would be better BUT this so called "special edition" is NOT what one would expect. It is not truly a Boom 2. It is smaller than the regular Boom 2 (which I actually thought was a good thing at first) given that it had great battery life, great range, was water proof, and had speaker phone capability. It had all the things that makes a UE desirable and TOP NOTCH only in a smaller, sleeker package EXCEPT for one little thing. It's sound quality is NOT on par with the real Boom 2. I'm very disappointed with the sound quality and the Company that came up with this bad idea. Needless to say I returned it even though it was at a fantastic price.

Works great, great sound, great bass. Definitely out proforms its size.

Great 360 sound, killer battery life, and an easy set up. I love that I have the option to sync up to 50 speakers. I'm also excited that it's water proof and I can us it around my pool.

Good battery life before recharge. Play fairly loud for the size and sound well. Use the app for stereo with pairing to other speakers. Has an equalizer in the app as well. Worth it. Had some issues using the app with pairing a few times. Best to keep the Bluetooth stuff with a decent amount of charge I think (over 20% battery) and in close proximity for best results. Purchased at a discount so I am satisfied with the product overall at the price paid.

The unit connects quickly to my phone and sounds great. Wish I could get some more volume out of it, my phone is up all the way. Not that it doesn't get loud it feels a room pretty good.

This speaker is amazing. It’s a nice size, but the sound quality is wonderful. It gets very loud, but it keeps the clarity, unlike a lot of speakers. Definitely worth it!

My granddaughter loved the volume and bass. A plus was the waterproof feature since they are boaters.

What I like: 1. Good sound for the size. 2. Shock and water resistant 3. 360° sound What I didn't like: Not much to dislike. I got it on sale. So unless it sounds that good to you in store, I wouldn't recommend paying full price. I have owned a JBL FLIP, a Bose Bluetooth speaker, have a JBL Charge 3, and now this one. Many compare it to the charge speaker, but it's say it's more on par with the flip to my ears. It's slightly flatter sounding than my charge 3, but not by much so that's why I like that I was able to get it on sale. Good all around speaker though.

Sounds great! Very light and small. Battery lasts a long time also!

I wanted a better Bluetooth speaker for the backyard. I was down to the UE Boom 2, the Libratone Zipp and the Marshall Stanmore. I was going to get the Zipp, but opted for the Boom 2 because of it's shockproof and waterproof features. This thing has very good sound and it's loud, covering a large backyard. I also set it on the edge of the pool. If you want great portable sound that can handle the elements, this is it.

Use it mostly around the pool or hottub. Im not sure how wateroroof it actually is...never got it wet. Sounds pretty good. Never had a problem with the battery life...can use it most of the day with no problem. The pairing feature is nice.

I previously owned a JBL Pulse, after it quit working I went to purchase something closely related to the size and sound of the speaker I previously owned. After listening to several speakers, this one stuck out the most. I love that it is waterproof and the case it came in was a nice touch. Highly recommend if looking for a great sound and can also add on multiple speakers, which is a great touch.

We bought this speaker specifically to take along on family trip to the Caribbean. We knew we'd be hanging out by the pool or tooling around the property, and music was a necessity. The Boom2 more than delivered. Whether submerged under water for a period, or just sitting in the sun, this speaker has unbelievable sound for its size. And the battery lived up to the hype. I can't imagine finding a better product for the price.

I bought this speaker to replace my original UE boom. It is WAY louder than the original and i bought 2 so i use it in stereo for small parties and family get togethers

This wireless Bluetooth speaker has amazing sound for its size. It was easy to set up and connect. I began using it as soon as I got it and I haven't stopped. The battery life is long. I can take it anywhere. I have taken with me on vacations, to the beach, in the backyard, etc. It truly is wireless. It does not have to plugged into an outlet during use like some other brands. The sound quality is excellent. I, highly, recommend it.

Very happy with value of unit. Quality sound for indoors and outdoors. Everyone has been very impressed by the highs, lows and power of the sound. . Simple to pair Bluetooth with any device at all. The battery life is great (15 hrs) - has lasted all day on one charge. Can also pair a second speaker for large outdoor areas, but I have needed to.
