I run this at close to max volume outside and it does a great job of giving good, loud sound without distorting.

This is a wonder sound system on the go... you can link it up to many other booms to make it solutions sound!!!

After my Jambox hit the deck and broke, I was back in the market for a small, durable wireless speaker. The UE Boom 2 is outstanding. Well made and easy to set up, the sound quality is terrific. Although small, it’s solidly built and should certainly be able to take drops that led to my Jambox’s demise.

After downloading the app on my IPhone, the unit was easy to set-up. The application has an equalizer to enjoy music with preset effects or customize the adjustments to your preference. For its size, it provides excellent sound with low distortion. The ability to connect other UE Boom speakers was difficult, at first. But once mastered, it is convenient. In addition, the battery is rated to last up to 15 hours. Which is a pretty long time of audio listening.

I got this Bluetooth speaker on sale. The sound quality is pretty good. I prefer a little more bass, but it is a good unit. It doesn’t get distorted at loud volumes. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I returned the JBL Charge 3 and purchased this for its portability. I pump it up when I play tennis and it can be heard audibly in an open court. The highs and mids are great. Vocals and instrumentals such as guitar are very pure and clear. The bass sounds lacking and unnatural (JBL Charge 3 definitely wins in this department). I love the little hook on top that you can attach to your backpack. Overall, I'd recommend it for it's volume, quality, portability and durability.

I don't yet know if this speaker is waterproof and shockproof as advertised, but it puts out a ton of quality sound. I cranked it up in the office on a Saturday (when the crowd was sparse) and an impromptu dance party broke out just outside my office.

I heard a baseball sized Ultimate Ears at a family gathering. Sounded terrific for it's size. Especially when placed in a corner to project the sound omnidirectional. So I purchased this UE Boom 2. Very satisfied with the fidelity. Decent bass at reasonable volume. I'm a Jazz and Blues genre guy.

I use this speaker to strap to my golf cart and listen to music while I drive around my neighborhood . It is a great sounding speaker for the price. It is easy to pair and the app is easy to use. I like that you can pair this with other UE speakers.

I admit that I actually prefer the bass response of my Bose BT speaker, but I have to give the UE Boom2 the overall nod. It still has great sound, and can handle higher volume without distortion. Much better for outdoor use. And the app provides great convenience and some pretty nice features for dialing in the sound.

UE speakers live up to the hype. Great sounding and sturdily built. Loud and clear sounding. Battery lasts forever. This speaker has an auxiliary in port, which comes in handy. Like the round style of speaker, surround type effect. Look for sale prices.

Top notch Bluetooth speaker. The 360° sound really fills up a room from such a small device. This is my second UE Boom and I’m really excited to use the pair function to have the two speakers connected for an even more surround sound feel.

This is my second UE boom and I also have a mega boom these are very nice speakers they get quite loud bass is pretty decent and extremely portable. They are water resistant as I left one out in a thunderstorm last year and it still works fine. You can use it for music or your cell phone Or anything else Bluetooth

Sound quality good. Battery life good. Durability good. I think it's a little better than the Jambox. Better form factor.
