Good sound compared to size. As long as you’re not expecting thumping bass then you’ll be happy. App allows you to tweak the EQ a bit which comes in handy. Simple design that has (so far) survived toddler handling and dropping. Took a star off cause I’d still like an aux port to expand usability.

I always seem to be a bit behind the curve when it comes to electronics and it is no exception with this being my first Bluetooth speaker. I’m used to listening to my music through speakers that are a bit bigger. With those things being said, I must say this cool looking, round tower shape speaker packs a mighty powerful sound with little or no distortion at higher volume for its size. It’s portability and ease of use, sealed the deal with this nice little speaker from Ultimate Ears.

I’m a traveling artist/educator for a major beauty brand and music is a integral part of our program content. Super easy to use, really great sound quality, and syncs easily with other similar devices so you can stream through multiple speakers at once.

It’s a very loud speaker! I love the fact that I can turn it on and play music from my phone with the Boom App. I could be in an entirely different room and start playing music out of nowhere. It’s water proof which is a plus, but when I put the speaker directly inside of the pool to test it, the music stopped when it was completely submerged underwater. It’s not floatable and it’s bottom-heavy. Also, there’s no Aux slot so it’s basically only Bluetooth—you can’t set it up to a non-Bluetooth compatible device. But it is super loud...a lot louder than my previous speaker.

Overall great, it floats, great sound, good price, Alexa connection options, etc. BTW lost last one in a river :)

You wouldn’t expect such thumping bass from such a small speaker. Super durable too, basically indestructible. Highly recommend for indoor, outdoor whatever.

Sounds great I love this speaker looks nice not sure on the waterproof I have not had the speaker in the rain or near water. Easy to pair with iPhone and control stays connected no dropping off or losing connections and I have had this speaker for over a year highly recommend

I have had this Boom 3 for a year now. I teach yoga and bring this to all my classes and play Pandora from my iPhone. I also have used this speaker on trips while staying at airbnb's. The sound quality is very good. Excellent product.

Love this speaker! Waterproof, Loud, long battery life- best purchase

I bought this and the megaboom for my my son As a gift. We ended up retuning they boom 3 and keeping the megaboom. Reason being was the emphasis on sound quality. The megaboom is bigger therefor the sound was better. If the emphasis was on travel (size) we would have kept the boom3. The construction on both are excellent. I really like how they stand on end as opposed to lay down like the JBL products. He uses it on a boat and it is easier to find a spot for it. And the Ap you can use to manage the speaker is nice too.

Love this speaker. Its small but has a lot of boom. I always bring on vacay or just listen in my room. Nice clear sounds.

The Boom 3 has incredible clarity and full scale sound. So happy to have be able to play our old jazz albums on our blue tooth turntable and hear them in our living room with this speaker.

Purchased this product simply because my son accidentally left his at home when he left for college and I fell in love with it, unfortunately he returned and took it with him and I had to have one, I love it and use it almost daily.
