A really durable, loud , all around great speaker

The blue color is great , it can definitely take a good beating and not affected by minor accidental drops onto cement. And can be paired up with the same speaker if you buy two but 1 is plenty loud enough and fills up a room very nicely!! Would highly recommend.

Alexa support is not worth it

There are a ton of issues trying to use Alexa. I opened a support case with Ultimate Ears and they were not helpful. After investigating on the internet this seems to be a common issue.
