Great sound but stops charging
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really liked the sound quality on this speaker. I had bought 2 speakers. One stopped charging about 6 months after the purchase. While attempting to deal with Logitech’s customer service, the second speaker also started to have charging problems. Logitech’s customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Posted .Hi, sorry to see you're having some battery related issues with your Megablast speaker. If you haven't done so already, please make sure your speakers are updated to the current firmware. If not, you do have a 2 year limited warranty that comes with purchase. Frequently drops Bluetooth connection

My only complaint is that it disconnects from my Bluetooth device (Amazon Echo and Apple Ipad frequently. I get it reconnected with my ipad fairly easily. However, with my Echo device, I have to work with it for about 15 minutes to get it to connect and pair. Also, many times, while I am using it, it just shuts down and turns itself off.
