Dude beat purchase ever!

I am on the go all ofthe time especially in the summer. Work, the river get togethers, family outings trips to the park. This thing stands up to anything I bring it literally everywhere I go EVERYDAY I can literally jump in the pool with it in my hand swim around and it's just fine and its durable as hell! The battery life lasts forever! One charge and itll take.me through two days of constant use, at home or work it's nice to use the Alexa wifi capability the range is awesome and shes pretty helpful. All in all compared to similar products it's a great buy.

Too heavy…
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I exchanged my megaboom for the megablast, but there was no huge difference in sound, maybe it is a bit louder, but it's too heavy, and when I put the megablast on full volume, there was some distortion and skipping on every song, not even worth having alexa, because alexa only works when you are connected to wi-fi, plus, you can't get a geek squad product replacement plan with it, that's why I returned it… if you're planning on get the megablast, get the megaboom instead…

Go for lower end sound

It is not that it is a bad sounding speaker for its size, it is simply I prefer what I believe some other brands deliver in a cleaner, crisper more balanced sound. Even if they cost slightly more. I would recommend you try it if you prefer a lower less crisp sound but if me I would be sure there is a reasonable return available.

Happy & Disappointed

As a previous owner of the BOOM2 I was really looking forward to connecting them. Unfortunately the app is very much TRASH. And there was no way I could pair them. Unfortunately this is not as advertised and I will be returning it. It is not the only waterproof speaker in the market so I'll be shopping for a replacement soon. But quality is very nice! That is.. If you only plan to buy one speaker.
