This device has a nice sound to it and it can be played anywhere around the house as long as you have Bluetooth. It is also really simple to use which is great for the less tech savy people. 4274660489

The Megaboom is exactly what I was looking for. Sounds amazing indoors and is more than loud enough for backyard music while I’m grilling. Build quality is top notch. It feels solid in your hands and your never worried about breaking it. It’s waterproof and even floats however I haven’t tested the second part of that. The battery life has been fantastic. I feel like I never have to charge it. I think it would probably last a few days to almost a week of for most people on a charge. I only own one but think it’s cool that you can sync up to 150 together.

If there is one word to describe the Megaboom 3 its "WOW." I have never been so impressed by smaller speakers before but this one is really impressive. The bass in this device can shake a table and honestly can really get the party going when in use. The portable size makes it awesome to take with you on the go no matter where you are going for fun. Design wise its the same UE Boom just...Bigger. "There is nothing wrong with the design so why fix it?" is my motto. Fabric on the speaker feels nice to the touch. The buttons and placement of the volume is spot on and UE Megaboom 3 doesn't have a load of buttons which is VERY user-friendly to get started. There is a "magic" button that lets you mostly control the music from the speaker like play, pause, and skip tracks. The sound penetrates in 360 sound and goes around the room with a very balanced and crisp sound. The bass is loud and strong rocking the table it was sitting on. I have never been so impressed with a smaller party speaker every but this one has left a long-lasting impression on me. Battery life seems to be about 19 hours but that's about as long as I need or as long as a good party will go. Besides this UE Megaboom 3 has a charging dock at the bottom so you can wirelessly charge giving you another 20 hours have EXTRA battery life on the go. Power up Charging sold separately but if you need it is there. The UE Megaboom 3 is rugged and can survive drops easily from my height. In fact, This thing is built like a tank so if you go somewhere where the terrain is less than ideal this would be perfect. They also say this device is IP67 rated so I had to try out the functionality of the "Floating feature" Does it work? Yes, it does you can put this into a pool and it floats. Does it play music while floating? Yes. Does can you submerge it into the water? Yes. For about 30 mins. I personally don't think I need this feature but I will say it could come in handy at the right time. You never know at parties what may happen to your speaker so this is a peace of mind. Megaboom also has an app that smooth and easy to use for your phone or tablet. This is where you set up the EQs and (never seen this feature before) the magic button can set up different playlist. The app is far better than most companies who try to put the effort in this field as Sony is the worst when it comes to using apps on music speakers. Overall I like these speakers, Your friends and family would to once they see how powerful it is being a small size. if need be on the Ultimate Ears BOOM / MEGABOOM app to pair over 150 speakers and create the ultimate surround sound experience. You can combine multiple BOOM 3 and MEGABOOM 3 speakers or even pair them with previous generation BOOM, BOOM 2 and MEGABOOM. This is Awesome hands down. Also you an a friend can both put tunes with the "block party" mode to see who can DJ better. The UE Megaboom 3 is seriously made for fun with music. Great speakers IMO and would gladly buy more.

Best portable speaker in this price range. It has amazing sound and will easily fill your room with sound. Works well outdoors as well.

Purchased as a replacement for the smaller boom speaker that has been a great speaker, but finally bit the dust when dropped while hiking. This Megaboom 3 speaker is awesome with very clear audio and outstanding range. Love it!

Great Sound. Very annoying message repeats about being able to use a feature when all I’m trying to do is listen to music. Makes me wish I got the Sony but I was talked into this one.
