Very powerful sound, and very good battery life. I am really satisfied with this purchase. My previous UE purchase was a noise-cancelling headset, and I was very impressed with the build quality, the style, and sound quality of the headset, so when I was looking for portable speakers, I chose to buy the UE Megaboom. The fact that it is water-resistant is also a plus for me, when we are at summer parties and outdoors. The only issue I have experienced so far is that UE Megaboom gets a little "lost" when it is paired to more than one device. I use it mostly with my iPad, but when my iPhone comes into range the UE Megaboom will pair to the iPhone *and* the iPad, and the volume suddenly decreases. This problem is fixed when I turn bluetooth off on the iPhone, so UE Megaboom is paired only to the iPad.

Very happy with the size, sound, and versatility of this product.

the one I bought was so much better than any other speakers out on the shelf. Thanks best buy for display of the Megaboom and allowing to test it out before buying it. I bought a 2nd one and hope to figure out how to pair them soon.

The best portable speaker! 360 sound, waterproof, drop proof. I use it everyday at work. Holds up great

I bought this speaker for a family reunion. We played it outdoors at a bbq and it was fantastic. My son had another one of the same speaker and we were able to connect them and the music sound was awesome.

So far, I am completely impressed with this speaker. I looked at a few different bluetooth speakers before purchasing, and after a suggestion from a Best Buy member, I looked at this one (never planned on it). Glad I looked. It is simple and has great sound. Couldn't be happier. Price is more than I was hoping, but had some points to blow. Debated about paying extra for the two year warranty. Decided against it, and hope I made a good decision. Picked the blue to help make sure I don't lose it in nature.

I love this blue tooth speaker so much. Loud, Excellent sound, great battery life, remote app, you name it. highly recommended.

Hey, it's really pricey, but I compared many speakers before buying and it is the best for filling a large outdoor space with good sound. If it were cheaper, I would probably buy another and pair them up for even more coverage.

Great product!!! I heard this speaker from a coworker and was quick to buy one when it went on sale!!! Instead i bought this bigger and badder version of it and fell in love!!! Plays great outside!! you wont be dissapointed!!!

Great sound, love that is waterproof, good battery life. Not crazy about the case but then some don't come with a case anyway.

I do like this speaker and the sound is crisp. Occasionally, the speaker loses connection when I go to party mode to sync with my other two speakers. I updated the firmware when I bought it. However, its sporadic, so I am not overly concerned about it. I experience this with my Boom 2 and my other Mega Boom as well.

Nice packaging, easy sync to my Samsung Note 4. Nice sound quality until you raise the volume to the upper ranges, then it starts to lose notes and breaks up. I like the fact that I do not have to worry about using by my pool, which is the prime reason for purchasing this one over others. Overall, happy with the purchase, not ecstatic though...

it's ok but there's better wireless speakers for the 299 price tag. The bass wasn't as deep and voice wasn't as clear as I thought it would be. I tried it for a day and wasn't happy so I returned it for the Bose soundink 3 and that one is worth the 299 price tag I listen to a lot of hip hop and rap and the bass on both of this ain't what you get with a car subwoofer or anything close to it but the Bose sound link 3 has clear sound for those who hear Tejano music or anything with out too much bass. Don't get me wrong you can listen to heavy bass music on this but don't expect it to shake your walls or anything like that. And the charging plug in is not place right if I remember right it's on the bottom so you would have to flip it upside down do charge it me then the volume bottoms are upside down also the volume button don't have the best clicking or response over all I would get his speaker if it was 150-180 dollars tops not worth the 299 to me

Love this speaker! I bought one a year earlier and it still works amazing, so I had to pick up another one. I love that I can connect the two speakers through the Megaboom app, so the sound fills my living and dining rooms. I can charge this once for about two hours or so and they will last me about 20 or so hours of usage or several weeks on standby. Also, the quality of the sound is amazing; it’s very clear even at low volume.

I bought this speaker for my husband and he absolutely loves it. After a lot of research and testing other speakers this one is by far the best. You can hear the music throughout our 1548 sqft home.
