We have the smaller cousin to this... which we loved and wanted something a bit larger for dragging out to the pool, voila... perfect. Then we discovered that we could link it with the other... woah!!! Now this is some serious sound from a small item (about the same size as a cocktail shaker... but more satisfying). Easy to connect with multiple devices (Apple or the others)... and travels and lasts a long time on a single charge. It has lasted through two full school years... no issues!

We live at the beach, so we spend a lot of time at the ocean or at the pool - and wanted a speaker that we could easily take back and forth with us. This speaker works great for our needs. I would give it 5 stars, but we do find that it doesn't last the 20 hrs on a charge that they claim -- but hopefully after we've used it for longer we'll find it will hold a charge for longer. Currently it will last a good 8-10 hr day.

This speaker has great sound, volume and bass. I got it on a sale for $99 and it blew everything in that price range away. Absolutely love it.

I bought this a day before thanksgiving, it was simply a gift for myself. And i was so happy when i bought it cz you’ll hear the amazing sound of it!!! the product itself, the brandname and ofcourse, bestbuy where i bought was simply the best of all!!!!

I purchased this for a party and it produced extremely good sound both inside and outside. Guests were impressed by the sound and wondered where the speakers were. Then they were impressed by the Megaboom speaker. It even sounds better than my 8-speaker premium system in my car.

This speaker has great sound and is very portable. The base is the different between a Boom 2 and a Megaboom. Totally worth the additional cost.

Speaker lived up to all my expectations after several months of researching other wireless speakers. I can't find one thing negative to say about this product and I've had 2 other friends amazed by it's features.

I purchased this blue tooth speaker on my way to the beach for vacation. We had a group of 30 people and the sound was crisp and clear for all to hear. I would recommend this to anyone wanting music in a large room.

I'm an audiophile... or, at least I'd like to think that I am. I thought I'd be sacrificing good audio quality for functionality (i.e., waterproof, battery life, Bluetooth). In "real life" use, I was pleasantly surprised by the audio quality. Need quality in a "controlled" audio environment??? Then the B&W T7 is worth the extra $50. But for outside at the beach... on the boat... at a Jeep rally, then the Mega-Boom is spot on. Do not expect the best quality at the highest volume settings... and, I found using the equalizer does help with certain music genre. But, I recommend highly... and plan to purchase a second one.

We tried 2 other Bluetooth speakers. Bose and Beats. Bose would break up when playing loud and the Beats...well it got recalled. Setup a snap, iPhone App is great. Sounds good anywhere. Outside, big room or small room. My wife uses it all the time....gonna need to get my own.

I have bought many speakers and u always return due to lack of sound quality bass and volume , this speaker is a 10/10 on all those aspects

Based on the price point for this item, I was expecting to receive a broader frequency range on both the High and Low end.. I purchased two, so I could split the signal into a stereo format. The wireless feature, convenience and size are attractive options as well as the extended battery life. The carrying case, and all of the other features are very good.. Would like to see Best Buy carry inexpensive tripod options (just for this item, not to be used with camera). If the quality of sound was better, the rating would have deserved a higher rating. These speakers are to be used primarily in conjunction with business, not personal reasons, so served its' purpose on that.. Was disappointed that they do not offer an App for IPad yet in which to play music from. Hopefully, in the works. As the trend and demand towards wireless Bluetooth continues, I was disappointed that Best Buy did not have a demonstration area that featured both of these items to be DEMO'ed in a stereo format. The best I could do was trust the opinion of the quality/value of this latest entry to the family based on their word. Was told that this was the best of the offerings they had for now.

This speaker is everything I expected: easy connectivity and great clean and crisp all around sound! (Have not tested waterproof feature.) The packaging was a little tricky and not a whole lot of instructions were included but we figured it out.

I would recommend to my friends and family. I now own 2 of them. Excellent sound. Light easy to carry around. Long Lasting Battery. ❤️ This speaker

The ultimate Ears Bluetooth speaker has amazing sound and Easily connnected ti my WiFi .. the sound level is better than the Bose speaker we have . You can also connect with other friends that have the UE ti make an even better and wider sound

This is the 3rd boom I buy. I have them paired in my house as a surround sound type speaker. The sound is way better than you’d expect for a portable speaker. I highly recommend this or any other UE Boom if you’re in the market for a speaker.

Great sound in a small package. Battery has never died on me with hours of use at a time. Took the beach and it handled the elements well.

We previously purchased a UE BOOM and loved it so much we got the MegaBoom. Used them both in sync mode to entertain for a couple of bachelorette parties in Vegas. Also like using them them when have company or watching the game. We can sync from our media center.
