Pretty good sound for its size.

I have worked with UE tech support. A higher leve tech was to respond within 2 days. It has now been 5 days, I guess I will call again

Great Speaker - Little Pricey

Only thing is price is a little high but I am a firm believer in buy once, cry once so I am happy with my purchase almost a year after the fact.

Not as easy as the sales guy said it would be. However the sound is amazing and I love I can take this to the beach/pool and not worry about water damage.

It's great use if I wanna listen to music in the shower (I don't bring it in with me I just keep it on the sink). I'm use to the UE boom, but the associate told me to go big or go home when purchasing one and it did not disappoint. Very much worth it. I'm aware the Megaboom 2 is out soon but the more compact look doesn't impress me if the battery is no better.
