Item did not match parts list and instructions to attach keyboard tray could not be followed.
Desk raises and lowers with extreme difficulty and stays put maybe 60% of the time. 40% of the time one side or the other (sometimes both) starts to sag.
I am going to return it and go back to balancing a monitor on a pile of books.

Been thinking about converting to a standing desk for a long time, and when we move to working from home completely I made the switch. Has done wonders for my back. This product serves its purpose, although at 5-3, I probably could have gone with the lower end model that only elevates 1 level. This unit doesn't work quite right in that it seems to lock at a slightly unlevel position, but otherwise works fine

Good price but the quality of the joints are very poor. Easy to break like my case.
