Light but strong

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this item not as a lap desk, but to get my big gaming laptop hoisted up a little when I am at a regular desk and don't have my big monitor (coffee shop, WeWork, etc). I like to stare straight ahead at the screen and not hunch over in standard laptop pose. Works great, and is light enough and compressible enough to fit in my backpack. Also the legs are just wide enough to cram a regular size wireless keyboard underneath (Logitech K270). Good add for road warriors.

If you just need it to set up and stay, this is good. If you want to adjust quite often, I'd look for a different product.

small portable desk

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This platform is light and portable as it says, and conveniently holds my ipad when I'm working on it, and it is OK for the 15" laptop. The 4 stars is because I usually grab it from the platform itself ... the metal is turned back, so it is usually not a problem, however it has a few burrs that catch my fingers when I am not careful ... the arms are finished so there is no problem there.
