Not everyone is gonna like this one. It's a slow moving sci-fi horror type of flick, and there's not many examples to compare it to. People going into it thinking they're going to experience a tradition horror film are going to be disappointed. Still, I enjoyed it for what it is.

I like it. If you like it, you should get it on Blu-ray.

this movie gives a unique take on what a character study should be. you follow the lead character and you remain intrigued by the character. the movie keeps you guessing and takes a few unexpected turns, and even if there is no real plot or point to the story, you still come away feeling like it was no waste of time or money

Let me start out by saying that this movie is TOTALLY different from anything that I have ever seen before. The female lead is pretty amazing. Some will like it (I did) and some will dislike it (my wife). That being said, it may make sense to rent or stream this flick.........just in case.

An excellent, haunting, contemplative film that is definitely not for everyone (if you're coming across this because you're a big Black Widow fan and want to see more of Scarlett Johannsen probably look elsewhere), but will be greatly appreciated by film-lovers.

Strange movie which leaves a lot of unanswered questions at its conclusion. And getting to that conclusion is no easy task. This unfolds at a snail's pace, is often confusing, and some of the heavy accents make a lot of the dialogue difficult to understand (I had to watch most of it with subtitles). If you are a huge Scarlett Johansson fan, you may like it. If not, there's not much here to recommend.

I was totally mesmerized by this movie and thought it was great, however, I would be very wary about recommending it. This is one of those films you either love or hate. I don't think there is any middle ground. The film takes place in Scotland, where Scarlett Johansson's character picks up random guys off the street, and they are never heard from again. Don't want to give away too much, but it is a journey of self discovery. Artfully shot and leisurely paced (reminiscent of Kubrick). If you're at all tired, don't try watching this one.

Fascinating piece of work and a few things to discuss about human life. What we feel, what we take for granted and how we hurt under the wrong circumstances "under the skin" . Interesting premise on a low-budget film made in Scotland. I'd watch it again !

I really had no idea of what to expect. This movie moved slower than I generally prefer but the whole concept, especially with Scarlett Johansson as the lead, kept me focused on the film. This movie may not be everybodies cup of tea so a rental may be in order.

This is a beautiful and disturbing movie. I liked it's sparse dialog, it's score, and it's strange visuals. It's a very interesting film, but I don't think I'll watch it again.

This film tends to be confusing for many who watch it. It's an art film with a sci-fi twist and I can see how it's not for everyone. Some content people might find disturbing. The UV digital code provided was redeemable for me on Vudu.

It might not be everybody's cup of tea but I like something different and science fiction stories are my thing. Scarlett did a really great job making a character that was appalling and sympathetic at the same time. Great cinematography and sound editing.

I had read about this Scarlett Johansson movie and found the BB price to be a worthwhile gamble. The movie is both interesting and strange. The movie doesn't provide much of a story line. It is worth a watch (or two).

Scarlett Johansson is more than her looks, and definitely more than a mere Avenger...this movie shows why. Sometimes to see ourselves [human beings] we need to look from the outside, this alien perspective view is just that...an alien looking at aliens.

I did not expect the horror aspect of this movie. I love watching Scarlett Johansson's performance in this movie, but was hoping a more Sci-fi than the horror part. It gets to the point that I cannot finish it all at once, and had to stop and rest a few days before i continue and finish the movie. I probably will not watch the whole thing again, though - maybe some selected parts only.

One of those "Artsy" films that you may love or may hate. Not much in between with this. Certainly unique and hauntingly filmed, but the story has little dialogue and crawls along at a snails pace. Most movie watchers probably won't enjoy it. Love the premise, but the execution of the story isn't there to keep most entertained to the end of the film.

Nice quality for the presentation of a complex movie. It may be lacking for some but I recommend checking it out on streaming before purchasing to see if it's your thing.

This is a dark and twisted movie that really made me think for the week that followed. It's shot like a Stanley Kubrick film in some ways and Scarlet Johannson's performance is captivating. Like any good sci-fi movie it raises great questions about humanity and pushes the envelope with story. The picture quality seems intentionally grainy and adds to the experience. The sounds a little rough in that there are portions where I couldn't fully understand some of the characters, but it may be because some of them weren't actors! That's right. There were people in this movie that had no idea they were in a movie. I won't spoil the circumstances of that but definitely check it out!

This is an odd little film,with very little dialog so you really gotta pay attention and keep your eyes on the screen. Not a hard thing to do with S.J. running around naked most of the time. Still,it's a good movie if you understand what's going on.
