Great detector!

Still get k band false alerts but not as bad as my old escort. My R3 has saved my but plenty of times! Speaker failed at about 9 months. Bought a replacement on amazon and replaced it myself. Didnt want to send it in and wait god knows how long for service.

It detects signals that are very far away, as it advertisement says. This gives me the advantage and plenty of time to correct any driving mistakes. I hardwired it to the car and added the remote button to silence it and save mute memories. no tickets since. Just wish it had an app.

Just OK

Pulled the old ESCORT off the windshield and put this in its place. K band goes off just like the ESCORT. YES I did the setup and followed the instructions. KA has gone off with no police in sight?but the GPS works great. Hope you get one that works!!!
