Adam and Mitch are fabulous. They gingerly brought in the LG 86" TV. To ensure measured the entry path to determine there would be no problems. They installed the mount and TV quickly and efficiently. I applaud them for their expertise and knowledge. Thanks Guys!

Overall Greek squad did what they were supposed to do with uninstalling our mounted TV. They were professional and timely. I only wish that the total tech membership offered this service for a discount to members.

Please, only send Matt and co. (forgive me I forgot the other guys name) to my place. I've had good and bad experiences with geek squad in the past. Sometime last year an agent was sent to my apt to install a soundbar and left holes in my wall for me to patch, I literally uninstalled and re-installed the soundbar myself. However, these 2 guys are consistent in their work ethic and professionalism. They unmounted my TV at one apt and mounted TV/Sound bar at another with no issues. I'll see y'all later in the year when I upgrade my TV again.

It was definitely not a simple dismounting of each tv, the team worked hard and well to ensure that everything was done correctly and informed me at each step why they were doing what was being done. Additionally, they were thoughtful to suggest ways to inform the new home owner about specific reconnection details.

Geek squad installed our TV with professionalism. Took the time to show us how to improve the picture by changing the factory setting from “dynamic” to “vivid” which made a remarkable difference! We get just wonderful picture!!

Sub contractors first delivered and hung mounting tv they brought was damaged had to be replaced geek squad arrived 2 weeks later had to rehang mounting due to the subcontractors installed it incorrectly the tv they brought was perfect they did a wonderful job quickly and efficiently very polite and knowledgeable
