    Problem solved

Problem: Need total wireless - even between the two rear speakers. Bought one for each rear speaker. They do not interfere with each other and work great. (One unit can serve both left and right speakers - but both speakers must be connected to the receiver). Amp is a Harmon/Karden AV-35 total 200 watts (guessing 15 - 20 to the rear speakers). This is a 3/2/1 surround sound system. Problem solved!

    Great Purchase, Easy, Affordable

I bought a Onkyo 5. 1 surround sound system and was going to run the lines for the rear set under the house. I came across this option and decided to give it a try (better than crawling under the house). This turned out to be a great investment. This was the 1st surround sound system I set up and it was easy to include this in the mix. It came with extra wires and relays the sound as well as prior to putting this in the set up. I would recommend making the investment. My room is about 24' deep x 16 wide and it works great at the 24' distance. The only down side is the size of the receiver box and the 1" very bright red light. It is very visible sitting on my bookself. I may have been able to hide it behind something, but am not that crazy about doing this with something that must be plugged it.

    Less wires!

Excellent product - bought this on-line for in-store pickup which was a breeze. It literally took me 5 minutes total to park and pick up this product and get back to my car - Secaucus, NJ store. Speakers were easy to set up but you will still need some wiring for your surround sound but I knew this going in. We have a difficult room with a lot of windows, doors and a fireplace so wireless was the way to go. No noticeable loss in sound quality wtih our Denon receiver.

Easy to hook up and worked perfectly out of the box. An easy way to connect surround sound speakers without wires. The only negative comment is there is no battery back up for the receiver. After a power disruption you will need to manually reset.

I had bought a Panasonic Home Theater Blu-Ray system last year SC-BTT195 great system. The one thing I couldn't stand was the wires running across the living room. So I went back to Best Buy to see if there was something I could purchase to stop all these wires the Sales Supervisor sold me this product and was able to cut my wires for me and I brought it home set it up. Works perfect no more wires across the room.

    Rocketfish wireless works great!

This Rocketfish wireless kit was recommended by a Best Buy employee and he explained the set up to me. I bought the kit and it took 15 min to connect both rear speakers and WOW---It works great! The speakers are now mounted on the rear wall and with very little wire needed! The kit's directions are clear and easy to understand! I highly recommend this system!

The Rockfish Universal Wireless Rear Speaker Kit is a very useful device. This kit allows you to hook up your rear surround sound speakers without running speaker wires around the room. (Note there is still a power cord.) The sound quality seems fine to me for TV, Sports, and Movies.

Bought a sound system that turned out to have "wireless-ready" rear speakers, not the wireless speakers that were advertised. Works as advertised but add speaker wire to your cart before you check out. Power function a little unwieldy but you'll figure it out.

Just installed a second Rocketfish wireless rear speaker kit in our bedroom and honestly this might be one of the most useful products out there today. Works great with Hoem Theater ina box systems or systems comprised of individual components.

    Delightfully Surprised

Still trying to figure out why this works, pushing powered speaker connections rather than line level pre-outs into the transmitter... but hey, it works great! I was prepared for pretty awful sound in the rear channel when I plucked the lightweight receiver/amp from the packaging (especially thinking about the great amp in my home theater equipment that I'd be bypassing). But again I'll say, it works great. The little receiver appears to be capable of reproducing the sounds it needs to for rear channel frequencies. I've been using it for a bit more than a month and it's never dropped the connection or made any unwanted noises.

    Wireless Speaker Kit

The product performs excellent. No loss of sound on DTS-HD or Dolby True-HD. The receiver (the part that attaches to the speakers) is a bit large. Auto calibrating AV receiver is a must-have. There is a noticeable delay in sound. My Yamaha receiver calculated the distance of the speakers to the listening area at 40 feet. Actual distance is 10ft.

One of my better puchases. I have not experienced any of the problems other people have. However I did make sure all of my equipment was properly sheilded ahead of time. I do this during initial set up. No pops, hises, noise of any kind. An occasional reset but only after a power outage. If you take the time to set up all equipment and make sure your connections are good, this is a very nice product. So good that I bought another.

We have just had it for 2 weeks and it seems to work great. It definitely got rid of the wires running al along the basement which used to come off the carpet and get caught in the vaccuum. No complaints about the sound. The surround sound is great which we tested with my LOTR DVDs. Will update the review if anything changes.

    Excellent low cost solution

Wow! This is a great low cost solution to cross room wiring. A must have for apartment dwellers. Not truly wireless, many wires needed, but can help to hide more easily. Audio qualiy is on par with front, direct wired speakers. It may not seem very poweful, but had to set my Onkyo's Rear surround output to -12dB. Also worked fully w/Audissey 2 EQ/Speaker setup. The only complaint I have is with Best Buy/Rocketfish for not listing more of the tech. specs. The Receivers spec sheet should be posted. Info for technofiles like me: Stereo 16bit, 48KHz, uncompressed digial signal. S/n ratio: 87dB, Thd: 0.4%, for 4-16 Ohm speakers, Audio output power: 2 X 25 W RMS into 4 Ohms, Transmission Delay:15-20 ms.

It serves the purpose. Setup is very easy, just connect the speaker wires and 2 modules automatically connect. The only drawback is the output power, it is not much for multi-channel stereo, but quite good for just using as surround speakers. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

    Wires....out of sight!

The smaller sender hooks up to your surround speaker outs (and the included power source). Your surround speakers are then connected to the larger reciever unit (built in power cord, adjustable length) in the back of your room. It eliminates the need to find a way of hiding speaker cables and I have no problems with interference of other devices (wireless home network, 2.4GHz phone). Sound is good.
