I was impressed with this kit from the moment I fired it up and it worked perfectly! Other than setting the volumes form the stereo rear out and the Rocketfish receiver, there is nothing else to do but listen and enjoy!

Great for not having to run wires

I use this so that I don't have to run wires all over my house, and it works great. I understand some people have interference issues, but if your router is 5.0, and you're using 5.0 devices, then it shouldn't be a problem.

    WORKS GREAT

I read all the reviews and saw most people thought it was great. I have my left middle and left rear channel on a balcony overlooking the living room with good line of sight. I really didn't want to run wires up there. I could easily hide the fronts and the rights wires. I was a little worried that the Yamaha YPAO, which sets the volume of each speaker based using a mike at the listning position would be able to adjust their volume. It did fine. There was plenty of volume from the wireless speakers. My Wi-Fi router is quite far away in a different room and I had no interference. I hear a small pop every once in a while, maybe once a week. I am very pleased with this set-up.

Other than the red light on the reciever (which can easily be hidden with electrical tape) the set up is super easy, and there are numerous options of mounding or placing on a shelf. Well beneath the cost and hasle of running wire throughout the house.

This works great! Picked it up just today and got it home took me less than 15 minutes to hook up.It's like my surround speakers are connected to my blue ray. For those of you that say it doesn't work, read the instructions.

This works great in my surround sound system. It is very nice to be able to not have any wires going back to me rear speakers. I don't notice any major change in the quality of the sound. They are a little high priced but they are worth it!!

    Excellent Purchase

I purchased the wireless rear addition to compliment my Panasonic 1000 watt 5.1 surround sound system. It was a very good purchase, especially for the price. I was contemplating purchasing a new home theater system, to achieve wireless surround sound, but was suggested by a Best Buy employee to purchase this wireless kit. It is strongly beneficial and is perfect for an apartment. While I have heard people complain about the sound, I personally have not noticed any sound distortion nor have I witnessed an effect on my wifi system in my place. If you want wireless and already have a home theater system, I STRONGLY recommend this product.

Overall, I can't hate on the product. For 100 bucks you get to have your rear speakers be wireless. Only major issues I have had with it is that it caused interference with my WiFi and that it died after about 2 years of use. With that said, I will probably go in an buy it all over again, considering I haven't found something equally priced from a different brand.

I live in a condo and have no good way to run speaker wire to the back of my room and this works great and is a very nice option. It does what it says and it's nice that it can work with any speakers you have.

    NO MORE CORDS!!!

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I am so happy we no longer have to run cords throughout the house to make all of our rear speakers work properly. We definitely think this is worth the money if you have a small living room like ours. The only downside is that sometimes if you're sitting close to the speakers and you're doing something on your cell, you may hear a small pop. It's not loud, it doesn't scare, it's just a mild annoyance if you're one of those people like my husband. I don't mind it though because it doesn't happen too often and I usually drown it out. But we're avid video gamers and movie buffs, and we absolutely love that our rear speakers now work properly with this baby.
