I have cats that like to chew through wires. I have an older surround sound system and needed to keep wires to keep wires to a minimum. This worked great for my needs. The wires at the front are hidden behind the entertainment system and the ones in the back are very minimal and are not a temptation for the cats. I would recommend this item to others.

I set up a new surround speaker system for a home theater in a basement room in our house. I used the Rocket Fish wireless rear speaker solution for this application with great success. The power from these speakers is working well although the are limited to 30 watts. This is a perfect solution to complete my system.

No sounds quality deterioration or delay (echo effect). Independent rear channel volume controls from your amp. May be too pricey at MSRP for your application (MSRP price almost justifies wireless speaker purchase)
