Jason Reitman (Juno) shows off his prodigious directorial skills, yet again. The roles are portrayed skillfully, and tastefully. The cinematography is very emotive. The story is somewhat deep, yet hopeful. A nice weekend, afternoon film.

Had a Samsung Tab 2 and there is no comparison between the two. iPad Air found my internet connection with no trouble. Fast, Responsive, Clarity of the screen. super fast downloads. It is now part of my Apple family iPhone 5S, iPad Air. MacBook Pro laptop. Two out of three bought at Best Buy

Nice movie. I'm not a huge romantic movie watcher but... this was nice and worth watching for date night.

I thoroughly enjoy most movies starring George Clooney but this role in particular highlights a budding profession that boomed when the job crisis began. A timely movie and fun take on troubled relationships and self-realization.

clooney always impresses me. Love director Jason Reitman's films so far and this is one of the best.

This movie is something different. It's not the same type of drama that is normally seen.

Acting was average however the plot twist makes it worth watching.

Anna Kendrick is amazing. Love her so much. And George Clooney is a great actor.

It was a thoughtful movie. Good content, just not one of my favorites.

Up in the air is about a man named Ryan Bingham(George Clooney) who flies around the country downsizing corporations.On one of his trips he meets another frequent flyer named Alex(Vera Farmiga) and they begin a casual relationship.Meanwhile theirs an ambitious young co-worker named Natalie(Anna Kendrick)who's goal is to cut cost on traveling to tell people their fired,over the Internet.The boss is played by Jason Bateman thinks that the company could save thousands this way,but Ryan doesn't like the idea.This movie is like a real life look into companies and how it handles it's employees in the downsizing market,bosses who are too afraid of what an employee might do if he/she tells that employee their fired.All roles are played out very well,with all the drama set pieces played out from begin fired to handling relationships.So if you like drama then see this movie.

After directing "Thank You For Smoking", and "juno". Jason Reitman make s his most interesting film to date, about a professional down-sizer, who spends his life traveling. The best parts of the film are showing how quickly and efficiently he moves about the country with a lack of interest where he'll be tomorrow.

This movie was funny, touching and thought provoking Great performanices and very realistic. I loved it!!! I would recommend this movie to a friend.
