Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the GO Posture Trainer for its ease of use, with quick app connectivity. Many users find it effective in posture correction, serving as a reminder to maintain an upright posture. The vibration feature is noticeable yet gentle, providing feedback on posture. However, some users have concerns about the adhesive quality on the back and the short battery life of 2-3 days.

Didn’t realized that I’m such a slouch. Used for about a week and couldn’t believe how bad my posture is while setting. As for the use of the product it’s very easy to use. Downloaded the app turn it on and it connected with a few taps of the screen and easily reconnects when I turn it on. Easy to place as long as you can reach between your shoulders. I thought it would be heavy and would find it’s a problem to wear however after it on for just a few minutes I’ll can’t tell that it’s there. Actually forgot that it was on a couple of times until the battery went low and it started vibrating. It’s a great product and would recommend it for any who wants better posture

I was a bit skeptical that this would help me when I first received it. However, over the last month, my back pain has lessened considerably due to bad posture. The device is very simple, and the app is very user-friendly. The carrying case helps simplify bringing it to work to use a time or two when I'm sitting at my desk. It isn't going to do you much good if you're constantly leaning over to move boxes, though it's not meant to be worn all day. It is primarily meant to be used for a short time each day to help train you to have better posture.

I wanted to wait awhile before I wrote a review to see if results were lasting but I was so impressed with the change in my posture. I was a little nervous about the vibrations and if they would be painful but they were light and subtle. Just enough to make you aware of your posture and recorrect. I’m a hygienist so sue to my job I fine my self slumped when I am tired but this has been a real solution for me to retrain my posture

The GO Posture trainer adheres well to the skin. I wore it for several hours and it didn't fall off. The vibration warning was strong enough to give a good reminder to straighten my back. Even in tracking mode with no reminder, just wearing it made me more conscious of maintaining good posture. It's easy to use and adjust the settings. Emails with helpful hints and advice are a great way to increase successes daily.

I had no problems setting it up with the app. There was a slight hick up at first, the tape would not stay stuck to the skin. However, after following the directions there was not another problem with the tape sticking. I utilized 2 different setting one for home and one for driving. By the end of the first 6 days I could tell that I was using back muscle I have not used in a while. This device works great for me.

I have pretty decent posture but I wanted to try this to see if I could improve. In the training mode, it will give you mild vibrations if you are not vertical. However, it "buzzed" me every time I bent to pick something up. It doesn't distinguish- just buzzes. In the tracking mode, I did not notice many buzzes but when I reviewed my data, it said I was slouched about 1/4 of the time. I will get to know the unit a littel better to see if I am doing something incorrectly. There are no real instructions that come with the unit. Once you download the app you get an email with a video attached. I will rewatch and see if I missed something.

The Upright Go Posture Trainer is a wearable device that trains you to improve your posture simply vibrating every time you slouch. The Trainer attaches to your upper back and gives you real-time posture tracking and feedback using an iOS or Android app. After about 2 weeks of use with my Android phone, I can say that I feel my posture has improved. I also feel less stress in my shoulders and upper back. I look forward to further use of the Trainer to see if the benefits continue.

I tend to slouch whenever I'm sitting down in front of the computer when I drive and even when I walk. I didn't think this device would help to be honest, but since I have had it I have noticed a great improvement in my posture. Easy to put on and track on your phone with the app that goes with it. Don't have to say a whole bunch of fancy words just know that my posture is better than it's been since I was a kid, I'm sure.

I've had bad posture for many years and it has been a contributor to a variety of issues, primarily in my back as you'd expect. When I first saw the upright go I thought the product was kind of gimmicky, but for $80 I figured if it works it will save me a lot of pain down the road... not to mention hundreds or thousands of dollars in potential medical bills down the road. I started wearing it for just half a day because to be honest I was a bit exhausted to sit in the "proper" position for longer than a few hours - now I'm wearing it all day long. Highly recommend it.

It works. Generally. I anticipated something that worked better for all-day use to keep gently reminding me to stand/sit straight. I kept having to turn it back on and run it through its “cycles” and eventually just gave up.

I recently broke my foot so my stand up desk, at work, hasn’t really been an option and the idea of helping my posture while sitting sounded awesome! I feel like this thing has great potential but the user experience is currently pretty clunky. I didn’t feel like the app was intuitive enough, the thing just kept zapping me for an hour no matter what I did. I also don’t love trying to wear the thing, I was constantly afraid it was going to fall off .
