Such a simple idea, which actually works! I’m really liking this little device. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this Upright GO Posture Trainer, but I’m glad I gave it a try. For what you get, and what this is designed to do, it’s priced reasonably, too. Included with the device is a charging cord, alcohol wipes, extra reusable adhesive strips, adhesive removal tool (guitar pic), and a handy travel/storage case. In a nutshell, the Upright GO is a small, lightweight, wearable device, which works to encourage you to develop better posture by vibrating every time you slouch, so as to help retrain your body. Although designed to be discreet, placement on the back is important. Make sure you can reach the device to position and remove it easily, and so that it feels comfortable. The Upright GO App is available for iOS and Android devices from the Apple or Google Play stores, respectively. Then just follow the simple set-up prompts in the app. Create your own personalized “training program” and track your daily progress. This posture trainer can be setup to track and train in three positions - sitting, standing, walking. The settings allow you to adjust the angle of motion before it will alert you you are slouching, the countdown of when the device will vibrate, as well as, the intensity of the vibration. (And the app is actually fun to interact with; there being cartoonish figures representing your body posture, all drawn in a pleasant, relaxing green hue.) There may be some ‘trial and error’ involved (like there was with me) in getting the Upright GO customized to just the right settings for you - make sure the vibrations are enough that you notice them but not “strong” enough that it causes you to ‘jolt and be surprised,’ because the posture trainer is so comfortable that you’ll forget you’re wearing it. I’m definitely seeing real improvement in my posture, so will continue to use the device for as long as I need to to retrain my body for better overall health and well-being. Do I recommend this Upright GO Posture Trainer? Most certainly!

Pretty good for training to stay upright. Really reminds you to stay straight.

Working from home you can be a bit sloppy - including slumping! This alerts you when you start to collapse so that is a very good thing.

Too cumbersome as the item was very sensitive to every little movement.

GIFT RECIPIENT: So I've had this for about a month and have been using it for about 2 1/2 weeks. Immediately I noticed that even when I'm not using it, I am SO AWARE of my posture, whereas I wasn't before. It has already made an impact on how I feel about my posture and I've noticed I sit more upright WAY MORE OFTEN than I used to! Definitely worth the money... for a 49 year old that always worried that she'd slouch the rest of her life, it has made a huge difference!

This is definitely an encouragement and reminder to keep your posture up, but you must be determined to use it regularly. Like going on a diet, you have to want to do it.

Great price for this older model! Hopefully it will remind me to keep my back muscles in proper order while sitting, standing and walking!

Helps with back pain. The only issue is with the adhesive on hot days does not stick.

I would recommend it to everyone one who hunches. Glue that comes with it is not great. I would recommend to purchase the necklace along with it.

Well at first the feedback through vibration will make you upright but after 2 weeks your body starts to compensate on it to the point that vibration is not enough to give you adequate feedback or training that you need to do. Overall it’s ok to remind you to keep your self upright. I guess the version 2 of this is a lot better.
