It’s a really good posture trainer. When I use it i always have a good posture.

I've never used an item like this. First off it's a cool design easy to put on your back by yourself and also take off. It affixes with some stickies that you get with it and they also give you some rubbing alcohol wipes to clean the back of the sensor when your done. So using it is very easy. The app walks you through everything very well and there isnt much to it. You just set it on your normal standing up posture that's straight and then wear it to see how your doing during the day. Now there are two modes one is the training that can vibrate to tell you that your not doing good on your posture and you can also do the mode where you just wear it to see the % of good versus bad posture. It has training plans as well that are easy to use. It has helped me realize different positions while sitting down on a computer at work are better for my posture then others. And it's also nice to see a realistic true assessment of how you do during the day. So far I really like this and have worn it daily but can see myself putting it away and wearing it again when my bad habits return. Very cool unusual effective gadget!

Surprised at how easy yet productive this little gizmo is-I actually stand straighter!

This does exactly what it says it does! I was debating between the two versions, but at the end of the day this does mostly the same things and is a fraction of the price. The only thing, I have my husband put it on my spine for me, so some people might want the necklace to go with it that is on the company website. Very happy with this purchase!

I got this device to help my son with his posture. It works but it seems like it has a bit off a delay. I should have returned.

After only a few uses, I can tell this will really increase my awareness of my posture. Only a few minutes into the first use and my stabilizing muscles started getting fatigued. The fact that it is controlled through an app is a bonus! I would definitely recommend for those (like me) who sit at a desk most of the day and often do not focus as closely as they should on posture.

I just started using it, hoping it will help a lot, but I don’t think it will do a lot of good towards your posture unless you have very bad one. For average posture it will not be that effective. I bought it on sale so worth the price.

The product was great, I personally did not like how it worked, I have tiny humans and it was always going off.

Does it job. The sticky adhesive is a pain sometimes in the humidity and will not stay on. Only complaint.

It works for what it worth but continuously wearing it is daily is really hard.

The adhesive is not good to use on back. Need to purchase a separate necklace. It doesn’t seem to train me to straighten my back without it. I was hoping to train myself to keep my back straight after using it but it just reminds me to straighten my back when I slouch.

Just received this Upright Go Posture Trainer about a week ago and have been testing it out to see how it works. It's actually smaller than I thought it was (which is actually good). It's hardly noticeable if at all through your clothing. Inside the box is along with the posture trainer, comes a micro-USB charging cable, extra sticky pads, alcohol wipes, and a nice little black carrying case for the Upright Go. After ensuring that it is fully charged, it is fairly simple to use. Make sure you download the companion Upright app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and setup your account. After setting it up and pairing it with your phone, simply press the button onto and it turns on. Peel the tabs off the back of it and place it in the center of your upper back and you're ready to calibrate it using the app. After pairing it with your phone and calibrating it, the Upright Go will not vibrate and alert you when you're slouching or not fully in an upright position. After a few days with the Upright Go, I can honestly say that it has helped my posture especially at work where I am mostly sedentary, unless I force myself to get up and walk around every few minutes.
