Good mouse but I really didn't need it.

After buying the new one, it still didn't work, so I returned to The Geek squad and the tech asked if the brighthouse tech had pulled the plug to the modem. He said to return home and pull the power plug. I did and both my old and new mouses (mice?) worked. The Geek squad tech wa bright but the Brighthouse tech wasn't..
