Just a pretty basic mouse. It serves its purpose and I use it daily for work.

I chose this Insignia USB Optical Mouse due to its small size - so I could carry it around easily in my pocket during my workday, and get it out to use from conf room to conf room. Because it's small, the grip or "hand feel" is not as good as a full size mouse, but for portability that's the trade off I chose. It works for me.

This mouse works quite well and with it being not a wireless mouse.

My wireless mouse failed and remained locked even after changing batteries. I needed a simple, reliable mouse for my desktop computer. Wires are really not an issue since it is for a desktop and there are a zillion wires running behind my desk already anyway! This mouse is as simple as they come, but it is still pretty ergonomic for someone with average size hands for a middle age male. I use a simple black mouse pad, and have been using this mouse fairly heavily now for a month or so. I am pretty tech savvy, but some things are better left simple so they are more reliable. This is a decent product - no frills, no complications, no worries. Does its job well, feels pretty solidly made (no rattles inside), and has worked well so far throughout pretty heavy use. Good price, too!
