    The TV looked fine out of the box, other than a large crack down the center of the screen. Best Buy agreed to pick up the TV and provide a full refund (bought at Black Friday discounted price) but would not replace it, as they had none left in stock and said it was being discontinued (which was strange, as the model number was new for the store with very few reviews).
