Stopped working one month after purchasing and hardly holds any water. Must refill after every use.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this steamer. it works at advertised, comes with a place to put essential oils, is compact and so easy to use!! I highly recommend for anyone that loves to steam their face!!

I'm in my mid-thirties and have two kids under 10 so while I try to take care of my skin, my "self-care" is not always as high on the list as it probably should be. That being said, this is a super easy way to relax and unwind and I'm really impressed by this steamer! I remember that growing up my mom had a steamer where you basically stuck your head into a mask of steam, I hated it... there was nothing relaxing about feeling like I couldn't catch my breath. This, on the other hand, allows you to move it around your face and even setting it still right in front of your face, the steam is allowed to move around you enough that I didn't feel claustrophobic. I highly recommend this for its ease of use and benefits!

I always did a home modified version of steaming for my face care....feeling the basin up with hot water and a few drops of essential oil then draping my head with a towel while leaning over it for a few minutes. In theory it worked perfectly fine....until I tried this. It's easy to use (much easier than my old method) and being able to use the steam much more targeted seems to work better for my skin than what I was doing.

This is a nice, compact facial steamer that is easy to use and provides a thorough cleansing of my face. It hydrates and softens my skin very well - which was surprising for such a compact unit. After filling with water, the unit heats up quite quickly and becomes "ready to use" in a couple of minutes. I felt that the steaming this unit provides was as good as what I got at the spa, and a lot less expensive. The instructions could have been a bit better, especially in the area of the "water tank" ... where it is and how to open. Beyond that, the facial steamer was easy to use. I haven't tried to use the Facial Steamer with essential oils YET, but plan to so I can improve the experience and effectiveness of the steaming. While I won't use the Vanity Planet Facial Steamer weekly, I will definitely use 1-2 times per month to open the pores so that my normal beauty process has a cleaner base in which to work. Great item at a great price! I would recommend to anyone (male & female).....

Easy to use. Add distilled water, plug in and turn on. Skin is cleaner and definitely softer after using. Didn't know I needed a steamer but now that I have it, can't image not using regularly.

My mother loved it. It was adjustable, lasted a while, and was easy to use.

I've noticed a big difference in the glow of my skin! Skin feels soft and hydrated! The warm stem even helped my sinuses open

The 1st one we received was bad, it would not steam for more than 2 minutes. Best Buy promptly replaced it. The 2nd one started out the same way but after trying it again it seems to be working well.

Nice design and compact. Easy to use. Puts out a steady steam that has a (not too hot) warm temperature.

Bought this item for my girlfriend and she loves it

unfortunately, I’m giving this a low rating due to the fact I got about 3 uses out of this product before it stopped working. I bought this product because of the great reviews online, from videos to written, yet it seems I got a faulty product. I’ve used it correctly, filtered water, kept it dry, yet, the water cabin seems to leak out through the bottom, rendering the product useless. I missed the exchange/refund window, thinking it would somehow work before then. Sad to say that it hasn’t.

I’ve used this twice and it already won’t turn on.
