Glitch right out of the box!

I ordered the wrong memory card so I went online and ordered the correct size. I install it and it “configures” I get the welcome introduction from the Vantop voice and the screen starts glitching out. It turns off and on. I checked the connection, I removed the memory card to make sure that wasn’t the problem. It didn’t change so I inserted it again and it kept doing the same thing. It’s turning off and on in 1-2 second intervals. I am so disappointed in myself for not opening it when it was delivered. I know I’m outside the returnable period but I feel Best Buy should make an exception as they can clearly see this has not been used, it still has the camera and screen film coverings. If I’m unavailable to do this, I may have to contact the Better Business Bureau. This is basically money down the drain. ☹️
