Impossible to angle front camera

You can only angle the physical mirror, which renders it impossible to have both a view of your rear, and also a angle that doesn’t point the front camera in the sky. Worthless camera.

Was disappointed that the camera doesn’t not turn on when something hits the vehicle. I turned on the sensor and monitor detection however there is no recording. Only starts recording when I start the vehicle. The back cam is very dark to see with tented windows. The front camera was very clear. I would recommend buying another camera

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. In regard to the issue, would you please try the following troubleshooting guides to see if it works?
1. Check if the power supply of the car charger is always on. Plug it into the cigarette lighter. The light will flash if the supply is poor.
2. Take out of the SD card and unplug the power cable. Then take the dashcam indoors and charge it with a 5V/3A adapter and a MINI USB cable for an hour to see if it can be turned on.
3. Use a pin to reset the device directly. The reset hole is behind the camera.
4. Unplug the rear camera kit to see if the front camera works well.
Besides, please check if there is anything unusual with the USB port and the charging port.
